call came in, answered.no one answered

Not a company that I have heard of or have done any business with

I actually used to work for this Insurance brokerage. If you put in your name online to get rate quotes you are going to get a bunch of phone calls for awhile from multiple companies. If you tell the agent over the phone to not call again we had a button we had to click on by law if you did not want a call back.

I have just started recieving phone calls from this number.  I called the number listed above 800.482.6616 and left a VM asking that my number be taken out of thier DB.  I did not leave a name just my phone number.  I do not know at anytime contacting any of them for life insurance, I am not even looking for life insurance.  So hopefully this will work.
I want to thank everyone for posting this online, otherwise I would not have known what to do.

This is e-Financial, eTrade, selling something with a robocall. They call my number twice a day, but I have an account with eTrade.

just got a call from 425-216-1247 on 3/11/08 at 1:41pm  and comes up unknown caller

We just got caller ID on 12/26 because of the number of hang-ups we've been getting - very irritating. This number has tried calling my number at least twice in the past week.

Called. I wasn't home. Hung up on answering machine.

Called me too. I answer but no one is there.

I have been getting calls from this number for months, but no one leaves a message. I do not know who it is so I do not answer.

I have also had the same experience. Frequent calls with a hangup. It is interesting because we are the do not call list. I too did the reverse lookup before locating this site.

I received a call from 425-216-1247. I answered and the line was "dead".

I found some info on another site (also complaining about this #).  We have been getting numerous calls a day from this number.  Tele-Zapper didn't stop 'em.  And when we picked up the phone, the line was dead. *Very* annoying!

I did some research today and here is what we found (and did):

The company is EFINANCIAL in Bellevue WA.  DH called their Customer Service Line 800.482.6616 and learned that a company is "exempt" from the Do Not Call Registry if you've "done business with them."  And, apparently, the fact that DH went online and requested a Rate Quote for Life Insurance from them (months ago) means that we've "done business."  (Ugh!)

In any event, he asked them to STOP CALLING.  The Rep was very friendly and said she'd remove our number from their database.  Fingers are crossed that this actually works (if not, I'll be back and let ya know!)

I've received several calls from the number. I don't answer unknown out of area callers. No messages have been left on my vmail.

It does say Prime Plan LLC in the id. I searched it and it comes back to an insurance company in Kirkland WA.

When I called the number back, I got vmail. I did leave a message that my number is to be taken off their call list.

I received a call from this number, no one was on the line when I answered the phone.

Scary, I have been getting calls, finaly call the 800# above and they have my name, dob, etc. Asked them to cease, will see what happens.

first i get a call (no number - unknown) 1 hour later i get a call (no name - but the number 425-216-1247) and this is going on for days.

after reading the complaints.  one night i was looking for life insurance on line. but i am very quick to ask who is calling me and extension. this way i have a track record. the person name is justin lind???ison ext. 168

I get this call 4-6 times a day, very annoying.  Every time I pick up it takes about 2 to 3 Hellos to get someone on the line.  The scary thing is they say they have my SSN and DOB, ect.  They said I applied for life insurance online.  I already have life insurance and don't need any more.  I think this was a scam.  DON'T GIVE ANY INFORMATION IF THEY ASK FOR IT.  THEY SHOULD ALREADY HAVE IT IF THEY CLAIM THEY DO.

I've been getting this call every other day and they ask for Rick...i tell them there is no rick here, please stop calling me....didn't work!

2 ways to stop it. one tell them to hold a minute you will get rick.then in your best retarded voice say hell-o dis is wrik,a few he! he! he's then will u b wrik's fiend.this almost always stops the calling,now if it doesn't stop try this get a tape recorder call a tty number like 1-877-486-2048 record several minutes of the high pitched noise,next time they call on the third ring let them hold it.they quickly hang up.

These people at this number have called about 12 times in 3 days

I've gotten several calls within the past couple of days.
I do not even answer - I don't know who it is!

This company also uses 1-425-216-1244.  When I called the number you are put on hold and you have to hit the one key to stay on hold as all agents are busy.

This business sounds phony to me.  They say you can get $500,000.00 of term life and you do not have to have a physical exam.  They give you an instant policy.

They go by Prime Plan LLC when calling in Ohio.
