I recieved a call from this guy Frank Foster also today. He threatened me about my job and that I owed some money for a US Fast Cash loan. This guy called me all day. He stated that he was a lawyer from New York City Lawyers and that they was going to court on the next day to get me arrested. I thought for a moment it was legit because he had my job information. I knew something wasn't right when he asked me to go to the local Freds store and purchase a Green Dot money card and send him 200 dollars. So I asked him to prove that is was a legit company. He stated that he would call my local police department and have them to call me and verify. I recieved a call from my local police department and thought maybe this guy is real, but it just didn't seem right. I decided to call my local police department back and ask for the Sgt. that had just called me by name. I was then told that no one by that name works there. I then ask to report an incident. The office I talked to informed me that he get at least 10 calls a day from people who has received these calls and that it's just a scam. They use pre-paid cell phones and download an app. to use different numbers and call you from them. This guy almost had me with this one. So when he called I had my mother to pretend to be an officer from the police department and he never called back. He called me from #315-636-6659.

This guy Frank Foster is calling me from #347-480-4175 saying he is an Attorney from New York.  He called me after a chemo visit I had, I was not in my right mind.  This man began to threghten me that he was going to take me to court.  He also said he had called my employer and that really scared me because I need my job.  This SOB POS man took my money that I work very hard for.  In the end I know its my fault for falling for his BS but I hope he rots in hell for taking advantage of ppl like me.

This idiot called my girlfriend last week saying the same thing:  that she defaulted on a loan several years ago for $300 and that she was going to be arrested the next day.  I called him back and he pretended to an attorney from the New York Law Department.  He was very vague about offering any additional information about him or his company and would only provide information when pressed repeatedly.  He quickly became confrontational and threatened to get her fired.  He asked for a work fax number for my gf's place of business and instead, we provided a fax number to my attorney's office.  He presumably googled the number and asked instead for her work number, which we obviously declined.  The calls have since stopped and we couldn't be happier.  This guy is a huge joke.

i recived a call from 4252563110 claiming to be a criminal attorney at Harrison ;law firm in washingotn, DC. he claimed tha ti would be arrested at my place of employment tomorrow for not paying back a pay day loan from 6 months agao. i never took out a loan and when i asked who the creditor is he said he could nto tellme as t his would casue conflict wiht the original creditor and myself. he began to get irate and i asked for the amount owed he lcaoime  over $900 but when arrested i would have to pay over $5000. he would not give me no informaiton but was willign to set up a payment plan via credit or debit and even my bank account information

They called me saying i have some kind of charges against me or something? He said he was from some law & investigation department. I was confused & when i tried to call him back the phone just rang & rang & i never got an answer. If this is a joke it's not funny & needs to be reported to the police. I don't even know how he's getting my number & information from. But it's kinda creeping me out

i got a phone call from these people and when they ask for personal info i look up their number before  i mean im prego and had a misscarriage not to long ago and just got prego again and the stress from someone keep saying i need to give them info and money or i go to jail is not cool especially when another scammer took our rent money ! not cool.

yes, I just got the same type of call from these people and they said that I owed them money and that they where form LLC law firm out of Washington.  Yes these people are scammers!!!!!!  I wish they would just stop calling.  I don't think there is a way to get rid of them except to change your number.

I must say they need to get there s*** together so that when they do call they know what they are talking about they tried to tell me that I got a loan 6months ago and told me that they are going to send an officer to "drag me out of my place of business" which one I don't have anymore and secondly I didn't have 6 months ago so these dumb***es are obviously full of it. I have received several calls from this number claiming to be a lawyer collecting a debt for Cash Net USA. He claims that I had gotten a loan and had not paid it back. I had searched these loan sites and entered basic information including phone number. Whoever these callers are sound Middle Eastern and have a lot of noise in the background, like a call center. They demanded that I fax them credit card and banking information to avoid being charged with an offense. I replied that if they were from a loan company they would already have my banking information. After telling them that I wanted something in writing, they became loud and argumentative. I hung up on them and proceeded to block their number. The reverse 411 comes back to a telemarketer using a cell phone in Washington state.

I received a call today from  Alex James from  LLC lawyer firm.  He threathen me that the shief will serve me paper at my job and that my job will be served papers on me as well. He wanted me to settle an online loan which I NEVER received the funds. He requested that I pay about $400 and that will notify the LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS. I keep telling him that I dont know what he is talking about and hes telling me that I received a LOAN not refused to re-pay. I am not a dead beat and pay my bills.  He called me at work threaten me --I left work today with with chest pains.  I will be reporting this.   If and when people owe any bill --a bill is generated on what you owe. Does any one know who we should be reporting this type of incident too?

Believe me it is a SCAM! I have had these people call my husband stating that they were going to "download legal action in our state".  He said that we had a payday loan which we have NEVER taken out.  We asked for information as to when the loan was taken out and they hang up when we ask for proof of the payday loan.
The dont like my husband because he gets quite irrate with them when he calls them and they end up hanging up.

Get phone calls everyday, every half hour on my cellphone and work number. The caller this time was "Officer Aaron Carter". I have no clue what this is about, asked for his number so i can call back since he does call me at work constantly. I called back at the number 425-256-3110 and as soon as i call back they ask me for the number that I'm calling from. I told him that it doesnt matter what number im calling from but im giving you my name so you can refer to. He immediately gets hostile on the phone and starts yelling that im going to jail, doesnt say for what reason. So i told him to do what he has to do and im going to press charges on them for harrassment! Im so tired of these people already i hope their scamming business comes to an end!!!!

They cannot do anything with your SSI, go to your credit agency home page and submit a fraud alert on your credit, so in case they do try anything stupid you have a head start.

This guy called my work number, no idea where he even got it from since it is unlisted and is a federal number to my federal office. Not sure if he even understood what he was doing and the repercussions of calling this number and issueing threats.

Same thing happened to me.  This guy's been calling with a heavy accent saying his name is Patrick Thomas and he's working for some law office that I have a lawsuit against me.  He told me he's representing Advance America for a $200 payday loan (that I never took out) that the company was unable to debit from my account and that unless I work with him, I'm going to be arrested at work tomorrow!  The total that I will be paying for my $200 loan is over $8,000 in fees, etc.  I asked him, why would Advance America be working with you and not sending me this information through certified mail since I work for an attorney and know that legitimate businesses don't do anything like this without a paper trail.  I also told him that my husband works at Advance America (a lie but wanted to see if this d-bag would bite and he did) and that I've NEVER taken out a payday loan.  However, I'm pissed off because I've never given out my soc. sec. number but this d-bag has my number because he read it back to me.  However, my husband does work for the FBI...

I got a phone call from a heavy accent male stating he was an officer from the Law Enforcement Center. There is no Law Enforcement Center. I don't know any officer that would call a US citizen and state he would collect the money before I was arrested for nonpayment of a payday loan I never got. Things don't work like that in America you scumbag!

I told him I don't believe his BS and he said well give me your attorney's information and no more phone calls. I referred him to the FBI and told him to have them arrest me if they can find me. I just hope there aren't folks out there willing to believe this crap. It's not real folks!
