This homo named Justin(sounds q-ueer to me)called and demanded money, I told him he would only get paid after the BJ...he got mad an threatened to slap me...I then went to his house, put the slama jama on his hot nagger wife and slapped him in the face with my juicy member.....

Noticed several missed calls from 425-257-9500 on my private cellular telephone.  I called them and dialed 0 for operator.  The first time I received a pleasant sounding woman and was cut off before having any sort of a conversation.  The second time I spoke with a pleasant sounding woman and explained that I had several missed calls from the number, was aware that they were a collection agency and informed her that I was an attorney from San Diego and did not owe anyone any money.  She inquired regarding the number and I told her. She then asked if I knew a Grace and I told her that I did not know a Grace and that I had been at the cell number for many years.  She appologized and said that she would correct her records.

Zillow.com has a nice picture of his $750,000 home.  Times must be tough for him though since it was worth over 1 million a little over a year ago.

Getting even is fun.  I was once receiving dozens of calls a day from a major credit card company trying to reach someone not living in my home.  I finally had enough and dug through the internet until I found something useful.  Unfortunately, I was unable to find the CEO's home phone number but I did find the CEO's parents home phone number which was a Park Ave NY address.  The next time the yeah whos called they asked if so and so was there and I politely responded "No, but I have a number they can be reached at."  At which point I delivered the number for the CEO's father.  It was 8pm making it 11 pm in NY.  I never received another call from them.

They call at least 3 times a day asking for an Alicia Patton.  I told them that she has been using my number to all creditors for at least 3 years now.  I called twice to let them know they have the wrong number and they still keep calling.

I'd like to know who I can report Alicia Patton to for using my phone number (which I have had for 14 years now) and providing my number to all her creditors.

(425)257-9500 keeps calling my cell phone. When I answer a woman just says "good-bye".  Wonder if her company knows she isn't actually telling anyone why she is calling and just logging the calls.

PANDA RESEARCH SCAM.. I think I've narrowed it down.. It's an online scam that calls people back trying to pose as a debt collector.. It's all ilegal, stop posting your info online without googling and researching it online.. My mistake.. But now I know..

keep getting this call from SBC leaves no mesage. i wish the phone company would get after them and demolish them! i dont call back nor pick up the phone.

I also get calls from this number several times a week.  At first, they left messages as if they were a "friend."  Little do they know that I have no friends and do not give this number out to anyone. What really ticked me off is that a female from the number contacted my parents and left a message with my mother that I used to work with her in her office and she needed to get in touch with me.  Of course, the name she left was not familiar to me and I know I never worked with this person.  Since it's obvious that the collectors read these forums, let me inform you of my situation.  I was forced to resign from a good job when I became ill and had to apply for disability.  I had worked hard for 20+ years and had a good credit rating before I became ill.  My only income now is a small disability check, which barely covers my utilities and a little food.  My attorney advised me that I do not have to talk to anyone calling about any outstanding debt and if I receive anything re. going to court, etc., to contact her and she will assist me with the matter.  I just want to remind these collectors that not every person is a lazy deadbeat trying to ripoff the system.  Sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control.  I never imagined that I would be unable to work at this time in my life. I had worked full-time while obtaining a college degree and thought I was going to have a successful career.  My illness has robbed me of everything.  Now I not only suffer from my illness, but also from severe depression and hopelessness due to my inability to provide for myself and my family.

Always save these messages!  And any letters you receive from them also.  You can sue them and get $1000 paid to you for violating the fair debt collection practice, even if you really do owe money to the creditor they're representing! The moment a lawsuit is filed, they can no longer contact you.  Plus, any attorney who would sue them would do it for no upfront cost to you because they know these are slam dunk cases and that they'll get their money from the lawsuit as well.

My husband and I keep getting calls at my home number from this company. The person on the other end of the line is very rude and even threatened to send the "Rangers" to our home. She leaves rude messages and calls my husband at work and leaves messages even though he told her he couldnt get calls at work or risk losing his job. She says she is going to turn our "file" over to her superiors and then it will be out of her hands. She says we think we are in control of this situation but in fact she is the one with all the control.
Apparently this TWIT thinks I'm as stupid as she is. I have every message recorded. This company has many numbers...beware.

this number keeps calling for someone named "Karen Schoenberger" and it's been three years now since we got this number....we don't know the person.  I hope she sees her name here broadcasted that this company is letting everyone know that she has a debt she hasn't paid....hope she can sue for defammation...I will help her!!!!
