Scammers

I received a call from 425-282-5819 & 425-828-5800 both are from Integra Telecom landline from Renton, WA, I answered the 5819 number, said she was the Internal Revenue customer service. She asked for my husband & I, but if it is the IRS they normally do not block their caller ID, so I am think it is a SCAM. But I am not for sure! Please if anyone else knows for sure it is a SCAM, please post more about it.

Got a call on sunday cant be a soliciter its aganst the law to call on sunday. Im having major problems with the irs. This is some type of govenment agency either law enforcment fbi cia at a federal level. Be carefull with these calles do not answer them. This is very disturbing to get a call like this on a sunday evening so take my advice dont answer when you see area code 425. Im changing my phone number monday under a different number. This is a warning to everyone!

I answered after receiving multiple calls - like 6 per day for a couple of months - they were doing a feedback interview on "My recent IRS audit."  WTF?

I get 4-6 calls per day from this number. There is no one at the other end when I answer it.

Get messages from this number as well as 425-282-5801, 5802 and 5823 generally between the hours of 4:30 and 6 p.m.  No message is ever left and no one is there when I answer.  I call back and the signal is busy.  I've read it's some kind of research or something tied to Microsoft but I don't buy it.  I think it's a scam by a group who has figured out how to read / access info on your phone by calling from these numbers.  I refuse to ansewr them anymore and now pay to block the numbers from my phone.
