I appreciate the above info.  The transcript is more or less correct.  The initial statement is "Hello. This is Ann with Account Services with good news."  I guess I'm the only person on earth without caller ID.  I have gotten that recording every day for 6-8 weeks, 7 days a week.  When it catches my answering machine, they leave no recording, but the static is identical each time so I know they have called.  Entering the 1 digit number that they say will remove me from their list has had no results.  This may have begun with me giving them an ear full (if that was the same annoying call, I'm not sure) or maybe it was my tactic of leaving the phone off the hook to tie up their line.  I must have annoyed them in some way.  Good.  AT&T offered no help when I complained.  Now that I have some info, maybe they will - or maybe not.  I just now used your info to file a complete report with the DO NOT CALL registry.  Thanks everyone.

They are relentless.

I received a call from the same number to my company cell phone - this is the 3rd time in 3 weeks, never leaves a message.

Called me and I immediately rejected the call and let it go voicemail.  That was on march 31 checked my voicemail today about 5 hours after i recieved a call from 425-645-9756 no message was left for either of them. Weird.

I got a call from them yesterday. Here is the transcription. Seems like a scam.

"Hello, This is Anne. From Account Services with some good news and the recent months. The Federal Reserve has a lower the interest rates of the stimulus to help the economy. This is your official notice that effective today. You are now eligible to lower your Credit Card Interest rates to as low as 4.9% in order to lock in your lower credit card rates. You need to respond immediately before your eligibility expires. Please consider this your final notice. Call me toll free at 1(877) 282-3707. On Monday through Fridays between 10 AM and 7 PM eastern standard time. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your day."

i received a call from them, no message when i let it go to voicemail.

Called just now.  No one picked up.  No message, nothing.  It was just dead air, not even static on the other line.  After 30 seconds I expected a recording to come up, but nothing.

At 2:53 EST, this number came up on caller ID as Renton WA. No message left. This was my first call from them.

I got the same call and told them i have no credit cards. The person hastily said sorry wrong number and hung up. I will try to call back

I traced this call to the Renton area in the state of Washington.    I'm not sure if its harrasment to just call someone and not leave a message, but it's suspicious at least, and even more when you see many people having similar issues with certain numbers.  Sometimes I think they are just trying to hear our voice, maby tring to have create a voice ID pattern with each phone number, etc. who knows, theres a bunch of sick schemers everwhere it seems.  Maby they want an old lady to answer so they can con her out of her life savings.  I said hello, its not courteous to respond back with hanging up the phone and no reply.  I'll have to look deeper, if I wanted to, I could really do a full trace right down to the very house they are making these calls from.  If they can call me, a trace is legal, and even knocking on their door is legal.  I care about the community and want to prevent this kind of sickening behavior on our citizens.

I've got a call from them today, and it was a pre-recorded messages about credit card debts. I pressed one, spoke to a person, the guy said they are Debt Free something and they are located in Bovca Raton, FL. I told them that what I thought about them and said that I would file a complaint.

I just called them back and had them place me on their do not call list. We'll see if it works

This call came in with caller ID identifying it as "flight information." No one here has a flight booked, so I figured it was a scam, but on the off chance someone had typed in their phone number wrong when making reservations, I answered. I got a recording saying they were calling about my credit card account. I have no credit cards. The recording said I was eligible for lower rates and then went into a push-button menu. I hung up and called back. I got a recording thanking me for calling back and asking me to push buttons to be removed from their "preferred marketing list" if I wanted to. That was the only option I was given; the message repeats over and over, and the company name is never given.

I'm leaving the call type as "unknown," because I think that, if they were really selling something, they'd allow people who called back to try to buy it.

Obama?  Really??  You are an idiot if you think you are being harassed by the President of the United States to reduce your debt.

I have unwanted calls from this number.

We get at least 4-5 calls from this number per day saying it is a "public notice from Obama" reduce credit card dedit. We are not interested and we have told them so, but they keey harassing us. This Obama BS has got to stop.......  We need to take back control of our country remember "We the People"

No idea how they even got my number as it's only two weeks old... something about lowering interest rates on credit cards blah blah blah.  Harrassment.
