He tried to scam me and asked for my PayPal account. Said he wanted to buy an item I posted on craigslist. I returned with: send me 'an email address and I will send you a paypal link.' That email address was sidneycarlilse@gmail.com. if that helps with one of your scams - good luck. I appreciated reading your posts and was not scammed. Thought I would return the favor.  :-)

I am currently going through the same thing with this moron!  Answered a craigslist ad and said he paid me when I called paypal...he/she did not!  Why are there so many wastes of human flesh....ugh!?!?!?

Replied to my Craigslist ad and same thing. They wanted my PayPal email to send payment towards my ad. I called the phone number numerous times and never answered. The voicemail replied saying "Please state your name and google will try to translate it." Sounds fake to me....

The same mother f****r texted me at mid night an hour after the add was up!

Same s***, trying to buy for $700 above cost, asking to send money to shipper without me ever confirming sale.

Must be CL Scam day today, multiple calls on same ad and everyone so far has been listed on here. lol
My ad even states in big letters.... cash only and local only.

Same here, definitely a scammer.  Claimed to have made a payment to my paypal acct and asking me to send $600.00 to a shipping company.  Payment was never received of course.

Graiglist Scam called me twice for my PAYPAL ,number to make a payment on a item listed,  12/07/12 and 12/10/12

I just got the same message about a craigslist ad. Wanting my paypal info..same number

Phone # sent text inquiring to an ad for a bicycle for sale. When we tried calling the # there was no answer and they never responded to our text. The phone # came up as Washington....which is not local. They also asked for our pay pal address to make a payment.

Called to ask about motorcycle and told me not to worry about shipment and title. Told me that he can ship the money immediatly. When I asked if they were a company or why I should worry about shipment. They did not respond to me.

I got a text from that number 20 minutes ago saying he'd purchase my item through paypal.

Bob- For Craigslist sales put LOCAL ONLY in your ad. This will get rid of 99.9% of the fraud.
