This number called my house about ten times already. They say that I have been approved for a loan but I just need to verify my ssn, birthdate, address, ect. These people barely speak english and if I really have been "approved" they would be able to verify with me all my information. No doubt in my mind that this is a scam.

got a call at 0800 edt this am, started with a recording offering a line of credit and a credit card, then said hit 1 to speak to a person, when asked how they got a unlisted number this is on the DO NOT CALL LIST, he hung up real fast.
I have also gotten this number on my cell phone with the same offer.
this is a robo  dialer attached to a 100% SCAM system. check your caller id and do not answer the call, DO if listed on the do not call list file a complaint against them.

It's a site for the National Do Not Call list. Maybe if they get enough complaints they'll get shut down! I've been reporting them each and every time they call, and they do it sometimes several times per day. Talk about ANNOYING!

You should probably contact your Primary Care Physician and up your meds to something a bit stronger because your narcissism is showing.  

If you are losing clients, it's not due to these calls...............it's because of your behavior.

Well according to Tracking number on my Certified mail receipt they received my Cease and Desist letter today. Starting tomorrow I will start keeping track of the times they call now. If they continue to call after receiving the Cease and Desist I will file suit for violations of the FDCPA.

Convergent Outsourcing, Inc.  I a joke, looks like there is a lot of suckers out there paying bills they don't even owe.  I've been having issue with these guys for a year.  I paid the bill they say I owe.  They want $170 for a bill that was only $8.  How I missed that I have no clue, but whatever. I've read a lot regarding them, and it don't look Kosher, don't pay these guys unless you do your research first!!!! Make sure that you actually owe something!

Also got call from this company will not leave message calls me 9 or 10 times a day. STOP CALLING ME!!!!

These people sound like they are from India.  They appear to be up to no good.  I can't trace them or get any bonified information on them.  They are difficult to talk to and seem to want financial information from me.  They don't want to leave information as to who they are.  They have been calling me frequently.

The DNC was written into law by Bush, and all of its loopholes were written into it by a Republican Congress.  It was signed into law the same year Skype started, and a year before Vonage VoIP service became available.  VoIP, with all its possibility for caller ID spoofing from all over the world combined with dirt cheat calling, wasn't even considered in writing the DNC law.

Got a call this evening from a guy with broken English or a bad phone connection on my "special line" for clients that I have had for nearly 10 years looking possibly for a "Jones" whom might be a dead beat that other collection agencies have called I have filed complaints about & given them aggregation & grief over their b.s. (Waste their time as they waste ours!)  When he could not give me a legit number to call back direct, tried to call the number shown & definitely a scam!  Spanish speaking lady saying something about winning $5,000 & options 1 & 2 for what I could not understand.  Caller I.D. indicated ESKY; but doubt it when searching the net.

Got a call from this number tonight. I didn't answer but let the answering machine pick up. Whoever this left a message, it was automated - it went into the spiel of press one if your the so and so their calling. This is the second time they called. The first time they called I picked up and they had the same message asking for me by name.

Thing is both times the called ID is showing up two different numbers in two different states.

I highly expect their spoofing to get you to pick up.

I recently got a letter for a debt that is about 15 years old (SOL was up on this debt 4 years ago) recently from Convergent Outsourcing Inc in Houston Texas a couple days before the calls started. I bet it's this bunch. I'm sending out a Cease and Desist in the mail tomorrow.

called me at 1pm today 5/17/13.  rang about 6 times then voice mail took over....they did not leave a message.  caller id said 'UNAVAILABLE."

Received a call from this number about 4:00 am Friday morning.   They did not ring long nor did they leave a message.  Very unnerving and aggravating.
