check the statute of limitations in your state to how long they can legally collect it...after four years in florida it is uncollectable.....everybody get educated about credit collectors

This number has called our cell phone two nights in a row now. Both times, the person on the other end has asked for a name that sounded nothing like mine. When told this, they continued asking for this person. They wouldn't identify themselves, but have to m.o. of a collection agency.

This number calls me 3 times a day. I have answered only to be hung up on! This really needs to stop. I quit answering, and they never leave a message. They call at all hours of the day and night, and on weekends. It's really frustrating.

I GET CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER EVERYDAY. WHEN I LOOK AT MY CALLER ID I DONT ANSWER CALLS I DONT KNOW WHO THEY ARE. ME AND MY HUSBAND ARE BOTH NOT IN GOOD HEALTH AND SENIORS CITIZENS. WE DONT NEED THIS.

Annoyance - frequent calls - most just hangups - others asking for Brenda. A debt collection company with outdated phone info - continue to report them to your attorney general - their tactics are not appropriate and considered harassment.

This is a collection agency in WA state with three aliases, RPM, Recovery Performance Management and Receivable Performance Management. In my case they bought a really, really old debt - an unauthorized credit card charge that I refused to pay. Even though it is the law the CCD co. refused to remove it and my solution then is to refuse to pay my entire bill since they are going to nag me and crap up my credit anyway. RPM is trying to make some easy money I'd say.

Keep getting phone calls from this number after I put this number on my do not call list. I've notified my state's attorney general office about this.
