Suspicious charge on my company VISA for $12.90 - never heard of them.  The number listed was 425 329-3392, WA

This is another that some of us are getting on our Visa/MC statements regarding charges from Websoft-LLC.  This number actually belongs to a company called Captec Software, Inc.  They also use CaptecSoftware, Inc., and their website is www.captecsoftware.net.  As you can see, they purportedly create partnerships with other companies to sell their web templates and other web related services.

In fact, the companies they supposedly develop this partnership with have no idea of what is being done.  Currently there are fraud reports filed with ReportScamsForum.com and with VBulletin regarding this company and its financial affiliate, Elacont Ventures Corp.  On either of these sites you can find names, email addresses, and other information regarding the process.
