This phone number is for a business called A T S NW. They fund raise for charities and pay themselves handsomely. According to this government site, https://www.sos.wa.gov/charities/search_detail_cfr.aspx?cfr_id=28 they received $1,328,153 in contributions and of that money only $233,016 was received by the charities they fund raised for (fiscal year ending Dec 31, 2012). So of the monies raised supposedly for the charities, those charities only received about 18% which is a terribly low amount. A whopping 82% or $1,095,137, went to Rob Turner (President/Secretary/Treasurer/Chairman) and Colleen Turner (Vice President) both of Edmonds WA (probably a married couple).  The Charities listed who have retained their services are: Beni Hassan Shrine Temple #64 and Washington Council of the Blind. So Rob and Colleen Turner are making lots of money from giving people. The contact phone number listed for this business is: (425)778-0166. They are exempt from the DNC list because they are technically calling and raising money for charity (even though the vast majority of that money goes into their pockets) and the DNC list does not apply to charitable fund raising calls. If they are a telemarketer calling legitimately on behalf of a registered non-profit organization, DNC regulations do not unfortunately apply. Same goes for law enforcement associations and what a surprise political parties at local, state, and national levels.

Called and didn't leave message.  I will NEVER give any $$$$$ to folks who are phone pests.  Likewise, these days it seems like most phone calls, are associated with some sort of scam.  I don't care if it legal for charities to call about donations .... seems to me, that if one if on the DNC call list, that one does NOT want to be called (at least that is my viewpoint).

Wireless caller and I don't answer.

Charity of the Blind or something. Told him I have my charities I support,  I never donate to anyone calling. Please remove..let's see if that worked.

I've received numerous calls from 425-361-4221 over the past several weeks. With caller ID, we never answer and they never leave a message. Thank goodness for Caller ID - it's worth the extra cost.

Repeated calls from Mount Lake Terrace WA from 425-361-4219, 425-361-4221, and 425-275-4130 - never leave message and I never answer. Have no idea who it is.

Just answered it, and they are calling on behalf of the blind. I think for donations. I said no thank you and he started singing jingle bells, I just hung up.......Don not answer they seem pretty obnoxious.

Have received numerous calls from this number in the last few days at all hours. Never anyone there when I answer. Hangs up. Annoying!

for the last 3 mornings this number has called our business line. when I answer I clearly hear a call center in the background, then they hang up. annoying. you can't call the number back. 425-361-4221.

Had several calls from this number.  They left no message.

Had a call from this number. I didn't answer as it just said "Wireless Caller" on the caller ID and I didn't recognize the number.

They called at 9:09 am this morning. Kind of annoying getting BS calls so early. Shows ATS W on the caller ID. Going to call screen them if it continues. Shouldn't the DO NOT CALL list apply to them? On 800 notes 2 said they were trying to get money for the blind. Can't they see nobody believes they are legit? HA.

I just got a call from this number that I did not answer because I don't if I don't recognize the number.  Caller ID said "ATS NW."

Just got a call from them this once - so far probably... If it continues, they will go to the call screening list. Funny, just signed up for the government DO NOT CALL LIST, but it doesn't seem to be doing any good if these are legitimate businesses. If they are scams, I am pretty sure they disregard any lists of any kind... ha ha. Let it go to voicemail, they didn't leave a message.

Same story as everybody else. Phone rings, we answer, nobody there, they hang up. Has happened to us several times. Annoying. We are on Do Not Call Registry. I think this is a charity. Makes me want to no longer give because we get many calls like this from BCPF (Breast Cancer Prevention Fund/Foundation).

This phone number called here last night. I answered but no replies. I wish the phone company would do something about this.
