This company is now calling cell phones. We are on the DNC list.

Great being *57 was my next move after just putting all lines on DNC list and 425# stopped but now a 207 493 2624 calls out of Portland, Maine. I also filed a complaint form 1088D for both numbers with the FTC and faxed it to their office.

I love all these people here, well not personally but on an equal level as victims like me. This is insane and I can't believe our damn phone company will not do anything about issues like this then we have our president set up things like national do not call lists, to which by the way do not work. Never has for me. But my point, our phone company has a list of every number that calls our lines. With that info, I am in terror to the point of pissing my pants they do not stand up for us and help. The price goes up for the phone service, service stays the same and yet these FAT CATS are still getting more and more rich (RICH) off victims like us. The BBB does not help because like VERIZON, they too are a bunch of (as goerge carlin would say) P U $ $ ... oh you know, ;-) and even the FCC to wit will just take the info and yet the 100's of calls on a daily basis harrass us all in our very homes. Now if I were to join you and everyone else on this site who posted, when down to that company and beat them all up, tear down their wires and burned down the building we would all be the bad guys and labeled as terrorists. This country of ours has long since past the point of "sucking". Pretty much it all comes down to $$MONEY$$ , and since no of us are millionairs I guess we will just have to suffer.

As an update: I spoke to Suzanne at Verizon's Harassment Call Center 18002572969

She could recite the # before I even told her it...Said this is a nationwide issue affecting many many people. She had heard that calling them back and pressing 1 to be removed within 48 hrs has helped.  

Regardless, the calls have stopped coming into my business as of around 10am this morning.

Praying they've finally been shut down.

Is anyone else still getting the calls?

Both Addictedgolfer and technologygolf have called me several times.  I finally called them back and when I called technologygolf I got the same wait 72 hours to be removed.  When I called addicted golfer, I got a man named Edward Whitner.  He could recite the number I had called about and said he is just a product of a bad connection.(sure?)  He said he has been called by hundreds of numbers being told some really nasty things and then they hang up.  He said he contacted verizon and got told that is was a cross in their wires.  I don't know if this is true but if Verizon does not help I am calling back with a different phone.

Calls every 5 minutes a day for the 8 hour shift.  Sick and tired of it.  I called it back and you don't get an option to talk to anyone, all you get is a press #1 to be taken off their call list and be put on their don't call list.  Been doing that every day for 2 weeks (they say it only takes 72 hours per the recording) and they still call.

they call all day every 10-15 mins.... i answer the phone and they say nothing at all...

Tried the BBB out of the Dupont WA office, but due to my having no address they can do nothing like the phone company, so I just filed a complaint with the FTC @ 877-382-4357.

Ridiculous you cannot block a phone number harassing a business. Next they said is to call the state attorney.

Im so annoyed just this pass 20 minutes they called 7 times im fed up.

What should i do about tgis number.

I got more than 200 calls from them in a day. I reported to my employer to stop it. Now then change to a new number but all from Washington or North Dakota. Im bout to snap i already did these b*****ds are aggravating. They call every 4 seconds and say thank you and hang up. I called back numerous times to stop the calls but they are still coming threw. we're up to about 60 phone calls a day sometimes 3 in a minute which is amazing.

Ive been told to:

*57 the call, it traces it back (this gets me nowhere, still cant block call)
Report to police (police refuse to get involved)
If you own a business its illegal to block a # (if this was a residential # I'd have the ability but Im being penalized since I own a business)

I give up.  Ill buy whatever theyre selling to make it stop!!!!You win!!

This number calls all day to my business.  I've put them on my blocked numbers list on my phone but they are still able to get through.  They call on average every 30 seconds.
