Getting calls from this unknown company. ID says New CO. Never leave a message. I am on the DNC list and would appreciate it if whoever this is, if they would honor that.

Have been receiving calls persistently from this number since identity theft and credit card fraud occurred about October 30, 2011. I answered the call a couple months ago and told the caller that we already have a home security system and don't want another. He was insistent that I had nothing to lose since it would be a free installation and free 30 day trial. I ended up hanging up on him because he wouldn't stop arguing that this was a great opportunity. Just received another call Jan 4th....still calling after 2 months. Is there anything we can do? The do not call list registry has no effect on this New Co solicitation!

Getting multiple calls from this number, leaves no message or there is no one on the other end. I have had to block this number as well as 425-390-8123, 425-390-8126 and 360-529-6163 for the same reason. They are Washington state area codes. I'm running out of the number of numbers I can block with my carrier.

I have been on the DNC registry for years. I am receiving as many as 30 calls a day from this company- even legitimate creditors can only legally call someone a maximum of seven times in one day, and these are NOT legitimate businesspeople calling!
I not only left a blistering message on the Do Not Call Registry website for complaints, but also filed an online complaint w/ the Washington State Atty. General's office, since this "business" is based there (according to the telephone #). I highly recommend you all follow suit- the more of us reporting these jerks to the authorities, the better! The website is below.

Those are good responses. I like to answer and then put the phone up to the television and let them listen to the news or whatever is on until I hear the beeping that lets me know they have finally hung up. Or let my 3 year old grandaughter speak to them. Or start start talking dirty, like what are you wearing, you sound cute, what color underwear do you have on. Sorry if this sounds perverted but it's fun. I guess these don't work well if it's a recording.

I love these robo calls. They left a message this time about financing. This number will not get thru to our phone again as they went on our call rejection list.

425-390-8123 -- note that it is the same company with one different number in the phone number -- the "New Co." Call 5 or more times a day. I am so sick of these jerks! They don't answer, they just call constantly--phone spam!! It interrupts my train of thought, my work hours, and is a needless stress. I guess you could call it psychological torture. They have found a way to get around the do-not-call list, but the regulation enforcers should REALLY go after them! Remember, this is just one kind of regulation you want your tax dollars to effectively cover!

The number 425-390-8163 calls us everyday sometimes up to 11 times a day for the past 3 months. When we do answer no one is there and the phone disconnects. We've tried calling the number back and we get a recording that this number is not in service. We are on the do not call list and we have no outstanding debt so who and what are these people?
It's getting so bad we might have to change our phone number of which we've had for over 20 years. The phone company tells us they can't do a thing to help us.
What to do? What to do?

called twice on my businees phone on dec. 1st - 2011, no message, my phone in do not call list.
Diane 2011-12-02 00:33:14 Unknown
My cell phone has a "blocked caller" option in the menu. First I look the number up on this website and if its one of "those" I just add the number to my list. I just started this about 2 months ago and already have 24 numbers on my list - now, its 25! Thanks everyone for your input on this site - it helps me identify numbers to add to my list.... Now I just wish there was a way we could all share our lists with one another....

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone. How do they get those numbers? They've
called twice today and no name or message. I refuse to answer these calls when they aren't proud enough (of the company) to identify themselves on the caller ID. So, no info as to who it is.

I got a call from this phone number (425-390-8163) a couple of days ago. They tried selling me some sort of alert system, in case I fell and couldn't get to a phone. I asked them where they got my number, and they hung up on me. I checked out their website (or, at least, I searched the company they gave me and checked that company's website) and saw that the company they gave me didn't call people whose phone number is on the National Do Not Call Registry. My phone number is registered on this list. Therefore, I shouldn't have received a phone call from this company. Unfortunately, I do not remember the company name they gave, but I do make constant videos about this on YouTube. Please check out my channel for more information. Call the number back and you will get an automated message telling you to press 1 to take your number off the call list. It takes 24 hours. I did it yesterday after they called me and they did call back one more time last night but nothing so far today! I hope it works, seems to since they normally call by now.
SPAMMERs are Parasites 2011-12-01 19:58:19 Telemarketer
These parasites have been calling long distance (from the Seattle, WA area) to my 'for emergency only use' cellphone for two days in a row now...pfft! I also do not answer calls from numbers not on my phone's 'Contact List', but instead, I add them as a SPAMMER to it, so that I'll know that such calls are 'no bueno' for future reference.
NG 2011-12-01 18:15:12 Unknown
I just called the number back and they gave an option to have your number removed. That was it. Said it takes 48 hours. We'' see.

Same issue. They call my primary office number.
I refuse to answer. Let it go to voice mail. No message.
My office number no Fed DO-NOT-CALL list.

Just got a call from these guys, asking about a medical monitor of some sorts. Sounded like a computer at first, but I think these guys just have a soulless job. I asked how they got my number, "we received your number from one of our online partners." When I informed him that they were calling a cellphone, registered on the FCC's Do Not Call list, and request more information so I could properly file a complaint, he actually apologized, said he would remove my number, and then promptly hung up before I could request more information.
Sounds bogus, but we'll see if they call back.

I just started getting calls from this number. I do not answer any calls that just show a phone number with the city. It showed Renton, Washington. You are right, they only let the phone ring 3 times and then hang up. All day long 800 numbers, or calls such as this one. I just may change my number to unlisted.

I'm tired of these slimeballs too. Endless calls from "NEW CO" at (425) 390-8163. The never leave messages and I've reported them to DNC. How many complaints do they need?

I get a call from this telephone number (425-390-8163) several times a day. No one answers when I do pickup on this call. How do you get them to stop? Who is responsible for this? What is it they want or what are they trying to do? I want it STOPPED!
TessaRocks 2011-11-30 20:04:44 Telemarketer
Get calls from this number from time to time but mostly 253-246-8515 which is associated with this number. If you call either one back you get an automated message saying to press one at anytime to remove your number from the calling list. It also says it takes up to 24 hours for this to happen. Just did it just now so I will wait and see. Easy enough fix if it works.
william 2011-11-30 19:21:48 Unknown
Just call the number back and it gives you the option to remove the number from its list
so cal mobile 2011-11-30 18:36:24 Unknown
Just rec'd a call. I am on DNC. I have filed FTC reports. Nothing stops these unsolicited, unwanted calls.
Best advice I picked up from another person on htis site... I save the number to Contacts, and set it to no ring. Then I am not bothered. I have 10 Scam phone numbers saved already. I originally tried blocking calls with Verizon however the msg played to the caller is that the call is blocked. That seemed to generate more unsolicited calls using another number. The "no ring" approach has been most effective for me.
