That's another "Foghorn-This is Your Captain Speaking" number.
Have not received this number but have heard on 800notes that this is another cruise scam. It's amazing how many numbers they can use. I received a 425-406-9035 that was the Captain, and now this 9034!

Yet another unsolicited call to a number (mine) on the National Do Not Call registry..
No way to block it.
I wish the registry worked better.

Called said "this is your captian speaking..." I didnt hear much else befoer I hung up. Sometthing about a cruise. answered becuase I thought it might be a politcal poll on my house line. Oddly enough I just reported 206-200-7040 on here and there were comments about "this is your captain speaking" on that number.

When you call this number back you get a recording about it being the "opt out" line. No reference who the company is. You have to enter this number that called you, then your number, and they say it takes 72 hours to be removed. I requested removal yesterday so we'll see how accurate that timeframe is.
