For nearly 2 weeks now on an everyday basis, someone from this phone number(435-750-8797)keeps calling my cell phone..I never answer their calls but always notice I keep getting a missed call from them every day..It's frustrating & I don't know what they want?? It's becoming harassing to me especially when they never leave a voicemail message! I've been getting sick & annoyed of them calling me and I don't know anybody from Utah!  So I wish they would stop this!!

I have been receiving calls from these 'card services' telemarketers for over a year now. I have been blocking each number they have called with (over 35 at this point). And I have been filing complaints with the FTC Do Not Call Registry and the FCC complaint site, to no avail. I do suggest you all do the same, and do not talk to them or call them back.

But to really get some attention, I created a petition on the White House We The People site. Please go there and sign it, we have to get the word out any way we can:

I received several calls this week.  Said they were calling regarding medicare.  I still have a few more decades before medicare.  Still keeps calling.

Thanks for the info.  I submitted a complaint to FTC and another to H&HS for violation of HIPAA laws.

More of the same. These folk offered me participation in a class action suit. I hung up on them before I got a person. It was the "Legal Resource Group". LOL... we lay in wait.

I got the same call about blood clots and Jasim on my cell, whose number I sparingly give out.  I intend to find out who connected my cell number to the fact that my wife recently had an ischemic stroke, caused by a blood clot.

Called me at 5:57 P.M. CT, I don't answer calls unless the area code is the same as mine.

Call came in at 8:07 PM on 1/30/13.  I knew it was a telemarketer so I answered & hung up.  I blocked my number & called back several times only to get a busy signal.  Definitely a telemarketing call.  I do not anwer call late at night or from numbers that I know are telemarketing.  When are we going to do something about this annoyance.  We are on a "DO NOT CALL LIST" which doesn't mean a thing.

Got a call from this number @5.33pm est today.Woke me up from a very nice nap, and that's what ticks me off! I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Received a call from these ambulance chasers around 7:30PM. Typical BS If you or a loved one spiel about Yaz ( I am a dude) or a loved one getting sick or dying as a result of this....blah blah blah.

Reported to the state AG and the Feds.

Have received phone calls from this number.  According to the FCC it's a ROBOCALL.  It's a recording that starts out "If you or someone you know  blah blah blah from a drug company"  The female voice spoke very fast.  I put in a complain to the FCC.

Call to cell phone at 2:48pm 1-30-13. Sounded like  a recording we or calling about a drug....I hung up. First call received from them. My phone was not on phone calls when received theirs probably hacker but I am on do not call list and have been forever how did they get through and how did the get my cell number?

Read the comment above by Why. We know who they are, it's just that the government doesn't want to do anything about them.

According to the Do Not Call website you no longer need to renew your numbers. The Do Not Call list has greatly reduced the number of calls from legitimate (yet annoying) telemarketers but has no effect on criminals. (It has the same effect that the DEA has on drug runners).
As far as better luck, I have had more than 400 calls from these scum sucking criminals in the last year.
We need to change the laws and make it a criminal penalty instead of a civil matter.

Got a call on my cell phone from this number @ 3:50 this afternoon.  Didn't answer it. I'm in Austin, Tx.

Call appears to be from a Microsoft Corp sales rep.
