This a** hole is spamming phone numbers. Called at 8:08 on 1/7/13

Call coming out of Kirland, Washington.  Gotten it before on my cell and I don't answer it and they don't leave a message.

Caller ID - first call at 6:42 pm; second call at 6:52 pm and third call at 7:31 pm. Left no messages on voice mail. This is our business line that is a roll-over line.

By the way, since you're in Phoenix Arizona, and I'm also in the southwest, I wonder if the message left is dependent upon what part of the country one's in?  Are all East Coasters receiving birth control pill messages and all Central Standard Timers receiving something else?

Like you, I also got a robo-call from 'Ashley Martin' to lower interest rates, at 4:23pm MST today.  They left the message on a business line.  It happens to be a Skype number that's listed in the White Pages.  It's possible they're just auto dialing numbers, which is how some companies get around the Do Not Call list.  It's like brute-force password cracking, except in this case the companies dial every possible phone number combination.  I just blocked the number.  People are right, the Do Not Call list does NOT work as a deterrant.  The only thing it's good for is presenting charges against the Big Boys after the horses have long left the barn (and how often does that happen).

The same message has arrived from several different numbers.  A scam quoting "civil codes."

Garbage call to reduce credit card interest, supposedly returning a call that I never made.

Yes!  My thanks also to all those who took the time to file reports.  I find these very helful to weed out the nuisance numbers calling on my cell phone.  We rarely answer if we don't know the number.  But, we 'google' the number and check reports these sites to reassure ourselves that we're not missing a call we would want to answer.  Thanks again.

Called 1/7/13 @ 9:42 am CST.  Didn't recognize area code; assumed some kind of spam, or scam.  Apparently we were right!

Same here - called during dinner and did not leave a message.  Call Block and reporting to the FCC even though I know it will be another dead complaint.  

Why would they be calling someone beyond child bearing years about birth control.  It's just another campaign of harassment to fish for suckers.

Recorded message "important information if you've ever had a stroke, etc."  Probably a scumbag lawyer's office.

Just received call from them, no message left - Called my cellphone - glad to know I was right in not answering.

It was a recorded message saying the government requires them to call about our home loan.
Sheesh, I may be old but I'm not senile yet.

Yeah....im with the rest of yall. Im so sick of these annoyance calls on my last existing landline. I wont answer any call if i dont recognize the number, or any incoming from an 800/888 period. I just got a call from these yahooz....no idea what it was about. Ive let my voicemail fill to the point no one can leave a message at this point, got tired of deleting bs calls like this (if they even bother to leave a message to start with).

To confirm what others have said, being on the national dnc list, makes no difference apparently. And of course the fcc is nothing more than another box of people that couldnt hold a real job imho.

... called me twice... consecutively.  I wasn't able to answer but as far as i can tell from other comments its a good thing.  I use Google Voice so its easy to mark them as spam which in turn gives them a disconnected line response when they call next time.  I recommend other GV users to do the same, Cheers.

Got a call at 3:58, was not a home. The message left was something about lowering interest rates. We are on the national do not call list and they still call.

They called twice and left a message the second time about some drug side effects and entitled to damages mumbo jumbo.
