I've been receiving frecuently calls even after 8 pm from this number regarding senior alerts.  Didn't answer.  Didn't leave message. I'm on the don't call list why am I getting these kind of calls?

11-13-13 @ 8:20 PM, 425-406-9465; SENIOR ALERT = Answered phone, and it was a RoboCall saying to listen to this message very carefully, and went on if you're over age 65 then you 'may' qualify for $3,000 worth of grocery coupons, etc. etc.  Nothing but a scam.  I pressed the # key to produce a loud, annoying beep, but "lady" kept talking.  I finally set the phone down on the table and let them continue to talk so it wasted their time and money on the call.  When I picked it back up, they were still talking.  Said to press 1, etc.  I started pressing # key again, and they finally hung up.  Search of internet reveals this call came out of Seattle, Washington, area.  Nothing but a scammer.  This was 2nd scammer call received today.  DNC listing is nothing but a joke!  I keep a record of all scammer calls received, and then make copies of my log and send it to the State Attorney General's office for their action.  That seems to be a waste of time too.  Nobody cares.

If you pick up and listen, you'll have the opportunity to opt out of further calls by pressing "5."  Just did this, and hope it works.

Picked up the phone after the 2nd call from this number.  "Senior Alert" recorded message, obviously a scam.
So much for being on the do not call list!!  Will report this number today.  I hardly ever answer my phone anymore due to
an infux of this type of call.

It was an illegal recorded message about discounts at grocery stores. Obviously a scam and I reported it, for all the freaking good it will do, to the do not call site.

Track these calls and report them to the FCC. I have been tracking mine and sent a list to them on Monday. If we all do this, my hope is, it will prompt them to take action to protect us, the consumer. Your state attorney general is another good place to send these. I received a response from, after I submitted information to her, along with  copy of the regulations these folks are to follow. The FCC website gives you the information they are looking for when you submit this information to them. Check it out.

Senior Alert, about diabetes? medical care?  Hell who knows, it was an auto call that said "Attention Seniors" bla - bla - bla   Really didn't give it much of a chance.  Either case, it normally ends up in taking your money, and giving you nothing in return.
