PLEASE REMOVE The Phone Number 989-239-5699 I have received numerous calls from your agency representative asking for a name of someone I do not know. This is a newer number. I have explained this many times to your representatives they have the wrong number.

This number is a cell number which cost me money each time you call or message.
I have registered on the Do Not Call List
You Are Calling Me On Sundays
I have asked numerous times you have the wrong number of the person you are seeking either you are selling something or debt collection.

If you do not remove me, or do not remove this number from your data base I am going to file action and report you to: Federal Trade Commission, and I will follow through with my personal attorney upon specializing in fair credit act legislation law suits.

I have copied this message and forwarded it to my attorney for further action. It will not happen 1 more time.

I am very serious as I was a Certified Debt Collector Company owner retired and am very familiar with Credit Collection Law. I have successfully sued several collection companies who did not heed my warnings.

RPM Collections. I was first contacted by them from phone# 616-613-2056 and they did not leave a message. I then called back and hung up when someone answered. They immediately called back from this number. The first number they called from was a Detroit area code when they are based out of Washington State (this area code). Honda (the company they are trying to collect for) has told me that the debt was in fact given to RPM for collection. I have not received a letter but have been contacted via phone by these people asking for a credit or checking account number to settle the debt.
