I got a phone several phone calls from this number and leave a messege to call back another number. there is no way i will call back! This stupid guy!

Redflagged in Portland,Oregon 11.29.2012.Mike called me and did the same thing.When i told him to send a statement,then i'll send him a money order and he argued thats not legal he needed bank info.When i demanded to know how he got my phone number, not only is this number unlisted,its noy even my phone,he would not say. Send me the summons! i'm calling the police and the creditor you say i owe. See you in court!

Mike is a jerk. Asked him to call me after hours and he kept talking and talking... threatened me with a summons, got a real attitude...

So This mike Stockmck guys calls me twice a day and is very rude and mean and asks for a post dated check over and over for some credit card I had over 6 years ago that I am sure i closed down!! He refuses to send me information on it and then he tells me that I am a bad person and I never pay my bills and I have to give him a post dated check right now... I don't trust him at all and I have talked to him several times and its like he doesn't realize that he has already talked to me..... I can't find anything on this "debit" he says I have to pay!!! I would love to find a way to get this guy to stop calling me!!!!!!!!!
Please be very careful with this number and this Mike guy!! I think its a scam!!!!!!!

This a$$ clown keeps calling my home and work demanding to talk to me over an old debt my ex wife created in the first place. I do not care how much this guy persists, I'm not going to be. Victim of his scam. So mike if you are reading this gigot it ip you will not ever get. Dime from me no matter the suit or lien threats. Find another sucker!

A Mike Stockmaik calls and says he is trying to collect a debt. When I asked him to send the debt information to my home, he said he didnt have to and to get a lawyer to get it for me. I have never received any notice, just a phone call.
