This, as far as I can tell, is a cloned number for PSE, meaning they are scammers. Don't answer or call back.

This is NOT PSE! This is a scam number. They keep calling on days when PSE is not open (like the weekends). Don't call this number back. Block them and never answer or give them any info!

3rd call today from this number ALL while I am at work. I listened to the messages at lunch and it said this an an important message about a change to your acct you must call us back today to discuss your acct. I am not sure what change they are referring to usually a change in terms is sent via mail. I know I am not late on my bill as it is not due for another 4 days (tuesday) and I went online on monday to schedule a payment to pull in full for friday (4 days before the due date). I have checked my acct and do see the payment pulled from acct. I'm not going to call the number on the message however I will call PSE directly to inquire. Thanks

I am only a few days late. Never had this happen before. They call all day and leave computerized messages. I have always paid my bill every month, so I don't know what the urgency would be.

I think this is a cloned number. I got a message plus a live call saying my bill was delinquent with an amount due. Message gave a number and a private mailbox to get the message and it had payment options.
Problem was: my bill was only one day late, so way to early to get deliquent calls and the amount the message said was only a portion of my total bill. And I've never gotten a call from PSE, even when bill was over a month overdue.
I'm reporting it to PSE on the next open business day.
