who called me

called, did not answer, but checked caller id, gave this number and "APTELA" called back, got one ring than a long long silence then a woman's voice said "Thank you" and hung up. creepy.

I answered, said "hello" repeatedly; no response.

They called here a few minutes ago. Rang 4 times then hung up. It showed, Aptela - Did, on the caller ID. I think more was supposed to be there. I was considering answering in a fake voice to see WTF they wanted. Sick of these BS scam calls.

I get a few calls a month from this number.  I try to call back and just get a voicemail.  I don't know anyone in these areas.
