received a recorded message for an ad about how they can help me save my home

I will like to know why you have been calling to this phone number (909)251-3863 ?

I literally want to beat the living crap out of whoever is behind these calls. Give me a bat and 30 minutes alone with this character please.

I've been getting calls from this number, and these others everyday for the past few weeks now and it's driving me INSANE:

I've tried filling out complaints to the FCC, added myself and filed complaints with donotcall.gov, and tried opting out of these calls by pressing "1" after calling back. None have worked and I believe that they are calling more frequently because i'm calling back, so don't fall for that trick. I'm switching over to an iphone soon, so i'll be jailbreaking it and getting that damn blacklist program to auto-block all of these b*****ds since phone companies don't seem to do it for you unless you wish to fork up some more money. Greedy b*****ds, ALL OF THEM!

These idiots hijacked my phone for the last six months.  The phone company told me that the batteries in my handsfree phone were auto dialing.  So I got hard lines.  But the calls kept coming, 80 to 100 calls a day from people calling me back.  The phone company then told me it was a short in a ground.  They fixed it and the calls kept coming.  So I turned off the ringer.   Tonight I answered a ring because I was expecting a call adn found out about this fraud.  My next call is going to be the FCC.

It's driving me NUTS!!  Some talk about "your house is in foreclosure" which is interesting since I don't own a house.  They are all robo calls (which should be a category on the list).

Received call at 8:30am on 11/16/2010 from 425-481-1802 - caller ID showed the number belonged to "David Sylvester".  Caller wanted to discuss my credit card debt(s), mortgage debts, unsecured loans, medical bills and so on.  In the first minute you realize it's a telemarketer trying to sell you some fantastic Obama Fix-it-all program.  My advice....tell the caller to go pack sand in an inappropriate place and hang up with force.
