Called twice for three days now.  Haven't answered the phone. Their caller ID shows up as  (.) a period.

A Kittitas County Superior Court judge ordered probation for Hebert Research CEO James D. Hebert after he pleaded guilty to misdemeanors stemming from a 2012 confrontation on his property, The Seattle Times reported Friday.

Hebert on April 3 pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment in connection with an incident in which he allegedly struck a youth on an all-terrain vehicle and threatened him, The Times reported, citing charging papers.

Hebert's Bellevue-based research firm does market research, and for many years the Puget Sound Business Journal published Hebert's quarterly business confidence index.

Do not call list is a waste of time.  I have signed on it several times and still get calls every day.  I just don't answer any call from a number I don't recognize. They can leave a message and I can delete it.  No problem.

Have these folks blocked and yet, they still keep trying to get through.   If it isn't the scammers calling, it is someone with some sort of survey.  VERY annoying, and I block ANY and all survey calls if they repeat.  These folks are relentless in their calling.  It doesn't matter if these types of calls are legal, they still seem to be part of the endless phone harassment from unwanted callers.  

Call from 425-643-1337 presenting themself as an assistant with the City of Bellingham.  I asked who was  their boss and they refused to give an answer.  They only said they were "an assistant" with the city of Bellingham and wanted to know my age so they could ask some environmental questions.  I again asked who they worked for and they hung-up.

Got a call from a survey from the States at 11pm which is annoying in itself when some people are in bed sleeping.   And how do they get the blocked and unlisted numbers that we pay for , for our private use.

I totally agree. Calling me on my cell phone also irritates the hell out of me. I have no idea where they got my number either. I don't put it down on anything suspicious ever.

I'm getting tired of these people calling me!So here is what I do.....Since I speak German,I just speak German to them!Then they hang up and usually don't call again.But this works if you just grunt into the phone also! You don't have to even speak a different language to grunt something unintelligible!Try it people,and let me know if it worked!Hahahaha

They've been calling daily for the past couple of weeks. Google search says Hebert Research in Bellevue, WA.

I don't appreciate getting calls like this on my cell phone which has limited minutes. I have all my phones on the DO NOT CALL list and that means DO NOT CALL, at least I thought it did. I don't care if they call my land line because I don't pick up unidentified callers, but calling my cell phone just irritates the hell out of me.

This number (425-643-1337) called my business line and said they were conducting a survey, but she wouldn't say how she got my number and she wouldn't let me have someone call her back.  I was suspicious and hung up on her. She wasn't very professional.

I received a call today at the same number (425-643-1337)and actually spoke to a man. He claimed to be from the attorney general office and wanted to ask some questions regarding a experience with a company. Although, when I asked if he could elaborate on why he was calling. He was very vague in his answer and did not appear to have correct information. I then said that the person he was seeking wasn't available because I could not trust his words. He reported he'd call back later.
Isn't that against the law to lie like that? I am going to write to the attorney general and inform them about this outrage!

Surveys are apparently okay'd by our government as a learning tool to better our lives...  Ya...probably a kickback in there too.. Actually they are interesting and if you have the time you learn a lot from the questions they ask and they will send you a completed report.  
No such thing as Do Not Call or UL where the phone company or government is concerned.

They are a market research company calling to ask you to take a survey.  They pay various companies for a list of numbers that match a certain demographic they are looking for.  I actually used to work there... they're annoying but relatively harmless.

That same phone number 435-643-1337 has called me at least twice today.  I don't answer the phone, but they keep calling.  How did they get my phone number and what do they want???

1:54 PM 1/22/08 Call came in. We pay Verizon for and are SUPPOSED to have call block on unidentified phone numbers, yet this one came in as "private name". I immediately Googled the number and that search brought me here. I see that many say it is Hebert Research in Bellevue, WA.
Hpw much are they paying---and WHO are they paying--Verizon? How do they get past the unkown caller block I am paying for? What is their purpose?
