They keep calling How do I get them to stop?

Just got a call from them while I was at work. Some debt solution bull.

Calling claiming I won a home security system.

Called @ 10am CDT on July 6 ... greeting said it was for the Google Data Compiler ... if I wanted my business listed, press 1.  I did press 1 (I didn't want to be listed, but wanted to talk to someone.)

Human came on, asked for my business phone number, I said I didn't know which number was called as we have several numbers that route through our system.

CLICK ... hung up on me immediately.

Called me on my cell phone...When I asked how they got my cell number, they hung up.

Calls coming into a hospital and disrupting operations!!  Tried to give the fellow information for removing all our #'s and he hung up on me w/o listening to what I had to say.  Annoying and rude!!

Just called my cell @ 11:30 am  CDT.  Didn't answer as I didn't recognize the # and I have the el-cheapo phone that you buy minutes for.

"THIS IS A CALL FOR THE AMERICAN PEOPLE  If you owe money to the IRS ..."   blah, blah, blah

Called my cell hone while I was at work.  Irritating!

Call from "IRS" to help me get out of debt.  I am on "do not call reg".

2 RoboCalls yesterday, connecting to Nelson Gamble & Associates, allegedly an Irvine CA law firm.

debt solution offer - automated call; appears to be same (fake) company as calls from 402-982-0760

no message left, calls originate from Everett, Washington.

I received calls from 1-425-645-9770 too and pressed 1 to talk to a person. When she came on the line, I yelled "QUIT CALLING ME BI***!!!!" No more calls since from that number.

Way to go Texan - they always accuse folks of making an Internet inquiry or initiating the call.

I went a little deeper and had a long conversation with one of their employees. It turns out this company is forwarded on to by another company. The owner of that company is named Darren Brown. His PERSONAL cell # 949-610-3268.

He will get extremely nasty on the phone with you about everything from your genital to your wife. He says he doesn't give a rip about the calls you receive - HOWEVER, after repeated calls to his personal cell he gave me another number of someone who also forwards these things - 949-395-4537 - no name though,

I will be calling that one next.

I played their game and got through to a customer service rep.  He says he is with Legal Helpers Debt Resolutions.  Name Daniel Conrad 1-800-889-6839 ext 206.  Let him go on for about 20 minutes, got his name, his company and phone number. Told him I appreciated the info as it would help me add on too my FCC complaint I filed on them for calling me.  He seemed surprised and said that I had called him then tried to say I had entered my number on their website, then became very apologetic and said he would make sure I was never called again.  Give him a call, he can put you on the do not call list.

Health services, hung up before machine picked up.

I was called three times by these jokers (caller ID said 'Health Services' each time) on July 27, 2010.  The first two times were within 10 minutes of each other between 4:30 and 5:00 PM, and the last time around 8:30 PM.  Each time it was a recording about debt relief, and first two times I pressed '2' to stop the calls as prompted.  The third time I pressed '1' and gave some male operator asking me if I was interested in free debt relief information grief about how I had already pressed '2' twice, that they kept calling me anyhow and I wanted it stopped, but he hung up during the last bit, probably to pretend I wasn't requesting removal from their lists.  I called that number back this morning as an earlier poster suggested, hit '1' and the recording said it could take 72 hours for the DNC listing to take effect.  Seems like an ignorant scam, peddling debt relief (to someone thankfully without any debt at present) under a label like 'Health Services,' but maybe that says it all about their intelligence level.

RoboCall transferred to Josh Eastman at Nelson Gamble & Associates, which allegedly is a law firm in Irvine, CA.  First RoboCall to landline, 20 minutes later cell phone gets hit, transferred to a woman at Nelson Gamble.  Josh and the woman feigned ignorance about who the RoboCaller is.

Yep they're trained to hang up immediately if someone starts to complain or says they want to be removed from call lists -- because by law, they HAVE to honor that request. Hanging up assures they don't GET that request from you.

They will continue calling you every day unless you call their number directly (1-425-645-9770) and at the prompt, enter "1" to be added to their no-call list.

This outfit called my cell phone twice today - in less than an hour.  No messages left.  No name showing

Got a guy on the phone and keep him on the phone for 20 minutes acting like an old guy who would give him the info he wanted and just keep asking stupid questions. The whole time my wife was in the background just about peeing her pants laughing. I plan to keep doing this with as many fake personas as I can think up. I have free nights and weekends so SCAMMERS BE WARE! I am here to steal your TIME!

Prerecorded message from IRS Debt Relief Service. Transferred to live operator, asked what company this was -- immediate hangup. Do they really get people to give them info without asking even basic questions like that???

Just got a call from this number, but I didn't answer. They left no message. Also, is anyone getting calls from a Montana phone number or two?

I've had multiple calls from them for different services.  The first time it was credit counseling, and I asked to be removed from their list..click.  Second time it was back taxes.  They wanted my name to give to the tax representative.  I refused to give my name to the operator and said that I would give it to the tax lawyer.  She said she couldn't do that because I might "do" something "bad" to the tax consultant.  I asked what "bad" thing I could "do" to someone over the phone...click.   Now I mess with them as much as possible, and take up as much of their time as possible.  Now it's become a diversion instead of a nuisance.  I'm never rude and I never swear, but I do lead them on as long as possible, and I the call always ends with click and a satisfied smile on my face.

Have called several times despite my request to be removed from the list.  So annoying.
