I received a call from their WONDERFUL customer service about a debt. First of the guy was foreign and I could NOT understand him. So I politely ask to speak to somebody that spoke better English. He started screaming at me! His words were, "You understand me now you Dumb Racist B**ch!" Great way to collect a debt. Was it real? I didn't get that far.

I received a call from IM&R on a past debt that is at 12 years old. They tried to tell me that they were going to sue me for breach contract. It is past the staute of limitions, by at least 5 years. But they continue to to try and bully me. If taken to court at this stage a judge will throw it out.

Got a call from these guys in March...I asked them so please send me  a letter telling me how much debt was owed and they told be they no longer have it for it had been sold many times and the paper work was lost...I knew I owed something so I started a payment plan until I could get ahold of the finace company that the loan was with. I set a plan up that was agreed on for 3 months....I have now been called 3 times in the last 30 days...first call was late april saying they didn't get payment...I said BS paymnet came out of my acount....I then got a nother call from the # and they hang up on me....then this month once again they said I didn't make payment.....wtf

i was ripped off by these people i payed a credit card off i need to talk to someone about this it was in 2009

lol, that couldn't be farther from the truth. When you initiate a lawsuit YOU are

responsible for providing the burden of proof including the contract and

payment/last payment dates.

I could see how you are confused though... There is not 1 lawsuit filed by your

company against anybody... There are many suits against you and your businesses

which are all operating illegally.

You could not file suit even if you thought you had the resources to do it.

I noticed your LinkedIN  page shows that you attended a prestigious University

for 5 or 6 years... It's funny how those same five years the Washington State

Department of Corrections had you in their custody for 1st/2nd degree assault.

In fact - Washington State just obtained a $75,000.00 judgment against you, your

girlfriend for the unpaid wages you owe numerous past employees. And thats just the ones that complained.

Rumor has it that Randall was able to cut a deal with NCO Financial, a larger
debt broker / reseller on old debt. NCO listed millions of dollars worth of accounts in Randall's agency after which Randall simply stopped paying NCO, converted the debt into his company name, and works the debt even though it is

not owned by him. Who knows what NCO actually knows about this.

ALSO.. I almost forgot... Every check cashing business in the county and
surrounding counties have been intentionally scammed & defrauded do to illegal check kiting & forged transactions.

For awhile it seems Randall was trying to pay his employee's... Just not with any money he had... It was all payday loan scams. And we are talking to the tune of no less than 75,000 dollars in total checks.

Stop sniffing coke & Clean your act up.

Here are a few listings I see right from the get go. You'll notice a few cases
down on this page there was an order just last year by a Snohomish County Superior judge to
"Break & Enter" to retrieve collateral you illegally withheld after not paying for it.
