They haven't been disrespectful or rude because you willingly sent them money,

called asking for someone I dont even know, claimed I was listed as a relative! When I called back to have my info removed I was told I was listed as a realative, I have never heard the name before. listed under 1-425-740-5614

Called me today, Friday April 29, 2011 at 4:45pm Central Time. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't pick it up. I googled it (425/740-5488) and found this site.

Sentry Credit is a real Collections Agency. If you think they got your info by mistake, call the number back and demand to be contacted by MAIL and only by mail and inform them that if your request is not honored, you will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

Some Creditor sold your account to this company and they are trying to collect.

We've been dealing with this company for a while now as we pay off a bill that went to Collections after the housing bubble burst.

We were offered a "Settlement" and they called to see if we could accept it or not and we don't have the money right now to pay it off in full so we will continue to make payments.

I've spoken to two people at this company in the past, one man and one woman, and both were pleasant.

BELIEVE ME, if these people were a****oles, I'd tell you!

I don't know how other employees of theirs are over the phone but I've never been threatened, I've never been harassed, and I've never been treated disrespectfully...

I have NEVER left a positive review for a collections agency before but these people are nice to you if you are nice to them, at least according to my experience.

I received a call from this #, the woman stated her name was Kim Heser. She made it sound as though she was a friend, however I don't know any Kim and didn't know the phone # and had someone answer for me.
I called the # from a different phone to see if it was a company, but she simply said "this is Kim" and I hung up. She promptly called back. I don't know what kind of harrasement this is, but someone needs to leash this behavior.

I just had the actual company call me and tell me that they haven't recieved my payment but I just found out this company is a fraud and I sent them a money order for $25 and I want to know where my money is!

This is a collections office hired to try and collect debts buy any means possible even if they break laws to do it they will. the mans name behind all of this Micheal B Mathis He lives in Everett Washington. The best thing to do in this case is to ignore the calls and let the correct company who is trying to collect the debt send a certified letter to whom they are requesting money.

They said they are called Century credit but i have no idea if this is accurate. They were calling for someone else. I found it very unsettling, they were very aggressive.
