I pay every month on time.  last month my payment was rejected.  I don't know why, I had more than enough funds on my credit card (i have a screenshot copy of my acct) at that time, and I also got a confirmation # from Toyota financial's website page!  

So thinking I was all done, then I get calls 3-5 times every day for the last week saying that I missed a payment and on top of that that I owe $13 fine!  This is bs, i have copies of my accounts and statements to show i was in good financial state at that time.  If their system glitched and didn't let my payment go through then that's not my fault!  I can't believe Toyota couldn't call me directly instead they had to hire this 425 # to harass me!

They are calling to collect their payment. Either you are late, and its a "courtesy reminder call" or you are REALLY late and they are calling to get payment, OR they have your number in the computer as someone that they are trying to call, and the only way to make them stop calling is to pick up the phone and tell them its the wrong number.

It's Toyota Financial - if you are 6 weeks behind on payment they start calling you.  I have received calls from Toyota Fnancial from various area codes, at various phone (work, cell, home) at all times of the day beginning first thing at 8:00 am all the way up until 8:30 - 9:00 at night. Even if you have already called them to say - I will pay you on such & such date/payday.  They are monontinous.

I set all of my car payments up through Toyota's website. I have my payments set up on time every month for 3 months ahead of time. I get over 20 calls a day from these idiots. 10 on my cell and 10 at my house. I was answering them but it has gotten out of hand. I would tell them the payments are all set up on their website. Then they say thank you and goodbye. 10 minutes later, they call back. Really? They are so dumb! I can't deal with them! I add every number they call me on to my call blocker app that I downloaded onto my phone. Not dealing with these incompetent morons!

I had just made an online payment and they were on my cell phone 30 times in the past two weeks, I have  my cell turned off so they also have a million tricks up their sleeves, LOL  I could write down 40 phone numbers they call from, vultures and leeches I say, and I was on time with my payment, scary times

425-748-5933  keeps calling the office and hanging up when answered, usually 6 times per day.  If it is Toyota Financial they need to speak, not hang up!!!  Possibly they are looking for an employee????

It's Toyota!  I'm a week late and I only owe $467 on my loan of 5 yrs.  They have called me 14 times today...9 in the last 45 minutes.  I already scheduled my payment...The LAST ONE! They say credit runs our economy.  I would definitely love to live without it.  Creditors have the right to ask where is their money, but this is ridiculous.

Toyota states that it is an "autmotatic dialer" and it can call all day long until a call comes back to them"  Is this legal?  They do not leave messages, and this number seems to be hidden from gen public......So they can call 10 x per day?  How is that legal?????

Saturday @ 1pm got a call from this number. I had already called Toyota/Lexus to let them know my car payment was going to be late because THEY messed up last month. The payment is scheduled for today, and they are still calling to let me know its late.
