I got a call from a guy saying his name is "Steve". He said he was calling to let me know that my recent prescription refill for "Tramadol" has been approved and it is a C.O.D. package. I told him I do not take Tramadol so he said no, it is for my migraine medication, "Butalbital". He went on to say they used to get this medicine from 3 different warehouses but now there is only 1 warehouse left which fills these prescriptions. I told him I have not placed any refill orders, I do not need any refills and when I do, ALL of my prescriptions are filled at my local Walgreen's. I told him I was on the other line and he would have to call me later. Note that the number on my caller ID was 505-847-2919 but he told me to call him back at 425-880-2605. SCAMMER!!!

yes these are scammers using alot of names..i found out a black man named..joe clems..in lagos nigeria is doing alot of this you can find his face on facebook also.  he used these names...daniel boggs..sarah boggs..chris tryell...sarah boggs..tom nicholson..calvin willioughby...mark spencer..mark miller..daniel trejio...he trys to scamme you out of money and wants it sent to a ..emenka johnson in lagos nigeria,..he is very good at this been doing it a long time..please stay safe and ..god bless you all...

I received a call from Dan Morgan senior law office stating to have me return their call, it is very important, he speaks in very broken english, phone number is 425-906-6054.  When I called the phone number back they answer the phone by saying  thank you for calling our law firm but no name of a law firm. If they were a real law firm, they would answer by using the name of the their law firm.  I will report them to FTC - I will not return their phone call because I know it's a scam.

I got a phone call at work from these people also. He said his name was Chris Jones and that I owe 300 to a Cash Advance. I called and email Patton and Boggs and they said this is a fraud. Well I stewed about this so I called that number back and ask for their address because I was going to sue them, they would not give me an address, but my question is: If Patton and Boggs says this is a scam and the red flag the internet why is when you call that phone number they say they work for Patton and Boggs? Wouldn't you think this law firm would call this number and give them a bunch of s**t? I think something is funny!

The same thing happen to me today. They call my place of employment. They said they were filing a law suite on me. They said I owe Cash Advance 300.00. They also that they work for Patton and Boggs. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Stupid people, Got a 2nd call from someone pretending to be attorny Adam Bright (Wright) I sinply told him I had already reported them to law office of Patton and Boggsl, that he was a liar and not to call back.

Got a call at work and on my cell from 425-906-6054 at around 5:00 pm.  The guy said his name was Dan Morgan from Hudson law Firm (best I could decifer).  He stated that I owe Cash Advance USA $300.00 and that if I did not agree to repay I would face legal action.  He threatened me at some point with calling my employer and my "references" and that the police would arrest me.

Needless to say I have never taken out a loan from Cash Advance USA.

i also got a call to my house alot of times they never leave me alone its always that supposably i took out a loan from cash advance and other places of 250 and that i need a attorney by tomm. so i can go to court....its bull s*** i never took out a loan i applied but i never qualified....
his name was david....but they never trasfered me to him ....they called me from 4258802605

Got a call again from 425-880-2605
Stated he was Adam Bright representing Patton and Boggs law offices in Washington DC.  
Stated he was calling in regards to a Cash Advance loan for $300.00
I Informed him he was not being truthful, not to call my home or my job.  
I also placed a call to Patton and Boggs @ 202-457-6000 and was transferred to Rick Telesman, Laywer and let him know someone was using their name.

Phone call from ?Adam Wright?  gentleman told me that Adam was in a meeting, but he would help.
425-880-2605  States he is with Patton and Boggs law office.  
States I got 200.00 from Cash Advance it was deposited into my ?Account Now? Account.  And I have not repaid.   I explained that this was a scam, that Account Now was a prepaid credit card that is closed and never had a transaction on it.   I requested the person and company not to call me at home or at work.

I got the same call yesterday.  I told the guy he was full of crap cause I know for a fact I did not have a payday loan out.  He started cursing and mocking me like a 4 year old child.  I then began calling him back and telling him what a low-life he was.  He started answering the phone by saying hello in a childish manner.  I said I thought you were a lawfirm!  Now the number no longer works.  I thought this was very funny.  I also reported him to the FTC.

I have recieved a voicemail twice now from a "Kevin Smith" saying that I owed money to US Cash Advance.  He would not provide me with any statement of debt or anything.  "wished luck upon me, for whatever they are going to do to me"

I called the FTC and reported it, she said what they did was illegal.

Anastasia, sounds exactly the same as what I dealt with.  He's a real jerk!  I'm sorry to hear he had all your info - I pressed him to tell me my social sec. number - but he said he didn't have it.  I didn't think to ask about my checking account.  

I've reported him to a few places as I mentioned, I suggest you do the same.

I got the same thing as Tom.
