Payday loan scam supposedly lawyers office (sounded really noisy and i was able to hear other operators scaring other people) he said that they will arrest me. that i have been involved in a crime. then after scaring me  he told me it was due to a payday loan of $300.00 that i never took. he was mean and rude

Got several calls from this number saying they are from Department of Law and Justice; Cyber crime unit. They claim I took out a loan with a cashnet.com for $200 and this payday loan place was taking me to court and on friday i would be served court paperwork and arrested on the spot. I can avoid court with costs and possible jail time if I pay $5000 dollars. They have my personal information and try to scare people into paying them money. At one point I got him to admit this is fraud. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS IT IS A SCAM! I have filled a report with local law enforcement, the FBI and with the Federal Trade Commision. They have screwed with the wrong american! This is and internation problem. DONT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION THEY WILL USE ANYTHING THEY GET!

I received the same phone call. They have all my personal information and said that I took out a loan last year. I am reporting this too.

i also recieved the same call and yes it needs to be reported .....im am so glad that i research this number. it is good to know that people are not alone when things like this happen

I got the same call today @ 5 he said that I was gonna get arrested my mom was gonna get arrested I almost started crying then I started thinking he couldn't give me any dates to who would I report this to

Sam thing - he called and left a message on my voice mail.  I know a scam when I hear one.  Don't pay attention to them.  They just try to scare people.  Believe me I've been sued before and they don't contact you over the phone ...they bring legal papers to your residence.  This is a SCAM.  Give them no money.

This guy sure is busy, judging from all the post there are about this scammer a**hole calling from this number . I was suprised to find this much info when I googled this number. I received a call from an Asian sounding j*** off claiming to be from the Dept of Lawyer, and that my SSN had been used in a ID theft case, and would result in a black mark on my credit. Also that I had better call them so they could straighten it out, or I was on my own. It has just come to my attention that one of these jerks called earlier today, and made lewd comments to my 11 year old niece, also called approx. 15 times in a row. Unfortunately I wasnt around to tell him where to go. If someone would post who to call to report these a**holes, Id love to  get them arrested. I ll look on my own until I get a reply here.

I just got a call from these guys too the guy left me a message saying the would arrest me tomorrow if i didnt call back. i didnt call back and dont plan on it.

They called me and left a message and said if they were part on the cyber criminal law and that there were charges against me and if i didnt call them back the would arrest me. its all fraud if you find anumbeer to report them please let me no too. its really annoying
