Well, I guess by now you know that

1.  No legitimate lender is going to lend you money over the phone, or e-mail and
2.  Greendot money paks are untraceable and
3.  Pre-payments fees for loans are always illegal in the US and
4.  If you receive a call from someone with an Indian accent who,  a.  Offers you something , or b.,   threatens you, you know right away that it's a scam.
