this number probably saved my credit from declining and saved me from getting into the legal mess.
i got a very simple and reasonable solutions to my outstanding balance of pay day loans giving me an out of court restitution sum. this was very reasonable and today when i get calls for my outstandings from any collection agency than this notification helps me out which i had been provided keeping me away from all scam eaters and fake people
i m heartily thank full to this number and the genuine people working behind or for it.

this number helped me out of law full proceedings against me as the reason of my not paying off my pay day.
I agree that i personally felt these people wrong and fake at the first instance later on correcting me by passing on all the correct informations and confirmations with their extremely polite and proffessional behaviour.
I by submitting my bear minimum outstanding got my loan clearance certificate and notification which has kept me away as till the date from all other agencies legal , viable or fake,.

i m extremly thank full to these people and the service provided by them which makes me extract time and write down for them as a return obligation from my hectic schedules.

A man from 430-342-0243 has "repeatedly" harrassed me and my fellow employee's by calling day and night at my work number. He sounds like he was from the East (i.e., Pakistan, India, etc.). When I told him that I could not understand him he gave me "his supervisor" who calls himself Alan Marshall. I was not able to get into much of a conversation with him because I was working. However, they said it was a legal firm relating to an oversea's fund, but would not elaborate. I told them I did not know what it was about and also to stop calling the work number.

After losing my savings, my marraige and my home do to my own gullibility in believing scammers, I embarrassed and even humiliated to tell yoy "do believe these scammers... and above all ...do not return any calls from 430-342-0243 or any other suspicious phone calls or emails. dcm1945@live.com

AS I SAID PREVIOUSLY, DUE TO MY OWN FOOLISHNESS I WAS SCAMMED LAST YEAR OUT OF MY SAVINGS. MY WIFE OF 36 YEARS WAS SO ANGRY, HURT AND SCARED THAT I WOULD DO IT AGAIN, THAT SHE DIVORCED ME. SO I ALSO LOST MY HOME AND MY SELF RESPECT. PEOPLE I THOUGHT WHO WERE FRIENDS EVEN LOOK AT MY DIFFERENTLY.
I CAN'T EMPHASIZE HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO AVOID ANYONE SUSPICIOUS. CHANGE YOUR EMAIL AND EVEN YOUR PHONE NUMBER. THE INCONVENIENCE WILL BE WORTH IT.

(430) 342-0243 called me saying they were going to take legal action tomorrow if i didn't pay a payday loan that i never recieved they keep harassing me they never say what the name of the company is the guy just keeps saying his name is Alan Johnson this is a complete scam!!!

This company has contacted me at work, my daughter at home threatening that if I don't reply to the repeated calls that I owe money, law enforcement will come to my work and take me away.  I went through this once before and IT IS ABSOLUTELY A SCAM!!!!!  The first time I was so scared that it took me 3 calls to an attorney to finally convince me that there are no longer debtors prisons and it IS A SCAM!!!  When I asked Mr. Mark Anderson to repeat the name and location of the company, he asked me why I ask so many questions.  If it were legitimate, he would gladly answer my questions.  Don't be a chump and fall into their trap.

A George Wallace just called me at work from this number.  Identified himself as the Senior Legal Investigator with some unknown firm.  Report these people to your local secret service office.

I got a message from the phone number speaking about legal matter invoking cash net USA
and how they were going through with criminal charges on Monday. Funny how last month they used a different company name and a different phone number thus one from Texas. When I mentioned that I was talking to my lawyer in the background the man from India that called himself Mike and then Simone self became irritated and couldn't even give me my loan amount. Interesting to me how these people can still sleep at night .... Please don't believe it they have stolen or gotten numbers from some pay day loan place and are probably making a klling in scaring people. Please report them as I have asap!!

RECIEVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER STATING THAT I HAD NOT RETURNED A FAX AND MISSED MY PAYMENT... THE MAN WHO LEFT A MESSAGE ON MY CELL PHONE, STATED THAT HIS NAME WAS JACK AND TO RETURN THE CALL ASAP.. WHEN I CALLED BACK, HE SAID HIS NAME WAS MARK ANDERSON..  IF YOU RECIEVE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER, PLEASE REPORT IT TO THE FAIR TRADE COMISSION AT WWW.FTC.GOV.

Just got off the phone with an India "Alan Marshal", "Victor Lane", "Michelle Williams", and some other very unual names that I am sure are not of India origin.  This is the second time that this has happened to me.  These people just don't know when to stop.  These people have called me from 3 different numbers and left the same names:  do they think that we are stupid?  I know what questions to ask them and if they can't answer them or won't answer them I know they are lying.  These SMART???? people need to go back to where they came from and leave us alone.  They called me a begger and I just told them we'd see who was the begger if they didn't forget my numbers and drop this crap.  I have already started the paperwork for harassment charges, I just need a few more details that I do intend on getting.

I GOT A CALL FROM PEOPLE WHO CLAIMED THEY WERE THE  FBI, AND THEN CLAIMED THEY WERE PROFESSORS WITH SOME LAW DEPARTMENT,  AND I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND A WORD THEY WERE SAYING BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T SPEAK VERY GOOD ENGLISH. THEY SOMEHOW GOT A HOLD OF ALL MY INFO, AND  THREATENED THAT THEY WERE GOING TO PUT ME IN JAIL BECAUSE I DIDN'T PAY BACK A PAYDAY LOAN. BUT THEY COULDNT TELL ME THE NAME OF THE COMPANY THAT I SUPPOSIDLT TOOK THIS LOAN OUT WITH AND HOW MUCH I TOOK THE LOAN OUT FOR. I GOT A HOLD OF MY BANK AND SAT DOWN WITH A BANKER, WE WENT OVER MY ACCOUNT AND DID NOT FIND THAT I EVER RECEIVED ANY MONEY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I CALLED THESE PEOPLE BACK AND THEY WERE TRYING TO TELL ME THAT MY BANK STATEMENT WOULD NOT HOLD UP IN COURT, WHEN MY LAWYER AS WELL AS THE BANK TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD. I ASKED THEM TO LET ME SPEAK WITH SOMEONE IN ENGLISH BECAUSE I COULDNT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING WERE SAYIN, AND THIS WAS THEIR EXACT WORDS "WHAT ARE YOU A F****N N****R?!!!!"

i just recieved a call from them and i pretended to be someone else and they said to tell me that they will file legal actions against me on wednesday and i need to contact them today and its the same guy calls my job and my cell pphone all the time and leaves numerous of different numbers like the one in texas.... but it is the same person that continues to call. and they told me that mt door will be kicked in i will be taken in handcuffs to the states attorney office and be put in jail for fraud lol.. but what they dont know is that i work in the legal field and all of this is false information and it is against the law this so called company is a scam. please do not send them any money at all.. they are not a legimitate company. they dont help improve any scores! they steal your money so please report them asap

Yo Augustus- You are obviously one of the scammers with a fake post to make people who check on you beleive you are a legitimate company. You and your compadres are nothing but thieves. You have stolen our informations and are using it to extort money form people.  To anyone who gets a call form this person or number - do not fall for thier scare tactics  - they are a huge scam - do not give them any money or information!!!! Report them immediatly to www.ic3.gov and your state attorney general - also check out the postings by "Lament" on this site - it will give you the run down of these nasty people and thier scam.  And back to you "Augustus" I can't wait until you are caught and sent back to whatever pit you crawled out of and as you people so love to say "may god be with you as the situation unfolds upon you!"

These guys have called me several times.As you know so many scams going on i thought it may be one of those calls but when i talk to them i found that they are legit company .Even they have solve my problem and have help me to improve my FICO Score.

Now i fell that every company is not scam and yes UFC department helped me to Get my financial records clear.Really thanks to them
