Caller Jin called 2x. Once from this Midland, TX number saying he was from the dept of medical compensation and asked if I had surgery.  Could barely understand him.  Asked if I could understand English, which I assured him I could.  Told him this must be a scam and to stop calling.  Had no answer when I asked why he called from a FL phone number  (407 562-0285) two hours previously. On that call he was calling from the dept of compensation and asked about prior surgeries. I refused to answer his questions.

SUNDAY MORNING!!!  they called from "compensations department". Man with heavy Indian accent asked questions about my mesh surgery and other surgeries. With no words of answer, I HUNG UP.

Received a phone call man with heavy Indian accent asked for my daughter by her Maiden name at my phone number.  My daughter has not lived home for 10 years. I heard a lot of conversations in the background sounding like  Call center.        When I asked him is this some kind of scam he hung up on me.  

I received a call, CAller Id showed as Bank of America.  The person on the phone talked about medical procedure i never had and said he had money for me.  When I questioned the call and the information on caller id, next thing he telling me he loves me.  Hung up.

They are scam artists working out of India.   This medical compensation scam has been going on for a while, it seems.  They get personal medical information from unscrupulous people who work in data intensive industries like insurance companies and large medical establishments.  Also many insurance companies outright sell personal information.  Information brokers pick up on it and re-sell the information to scammers working of of call-centers in India.  

Call blocker might be your best bet.

Phone rings at 0718 on Saturday morning.  Caller ID reads Bank of America.  I work swing shift and resent being called at this early hour on Saturday morning.   I immediately call the caller a mofo.  Caller has strong foreign accent.  Caller is, incredibly, completely unfazed by my verbal assault and says he is "the medical compensation department."  (So far this is all so wrong it is ridiculous. )   I reply that caller ID says he is calling from Bank of America.  He says that I am entitled to a large compensation. I call him a %&%*T^F*^#$% idiot and hang up.   Whatever this BS is, it can't be good and is obviously some sort of  scam.  I was in no mood to play along in order to find out more.  Where are names and number of potential marks coming from?  

This caller spoke with a heavy accent I am quite accustomed to because I have family members that sound just like him. He was difficult for me to understand even though I have for years listened very carefully to this accent so the speaker would be respected and understood. However, one cannot ignore the obvious. He was a telemarketer looking for something. He asked invasive questions about my mesh surgery. Did he really say vaginal mesh?  Please, this man was RUDE. Who is paying him to make these types of calls? Is he that desperate that he would insult a woman by making such a call and further insult her by accusing her of not wanting compensation for that botched vaginal mesh????? Shame on him and his employers.

Phone rings at 7:18 a.m .on Saturday morning?  I work swing shift so I answered yelling.  Strong foreign accent asks for me by name and says he is calling from the "medical compensation department."  I said caller ID said it was Bank of America.  Yes, well, he says, I am entitled to a large sum of money.  Yeah, right, a***ole.  I let him have it with both barrels:  &%*&^*##@Q and hung up.  Called back, no answer.  Hahahahahaha.  What a stupid scam.   Wonder where he/they are getting names and phone numbers?  Hope karma gets them real soon, hopefully with some sort of genital fungus.

Received a call from 432-0685-2144 @4:17PM, caller id said "Bank of America."  The person had a strong foreign accent.  It was hard to understand some of what he was saying.  Like the previous entry, they said I was entitled to a large sum of money because of surgery that I had recently.  He went further explaining it was the "mesh" surgery or something major like that.
I told him thank you, not interested and hung up.  This was the 2nd call I have received this week mentioning the large sum of money and that I had major surgery such as the mesh surgery recently.  The first phone call didn't have the Bank of America
ID and didn't come from the same number.  The first person also had a very strong accent.  

I received a call from 432-685-2144 this evening and the number came up on TV screen as 'Bank of America'.  The caller, foreign accent, asked for Bernadine.  I said that I was Bernadine, and then he proceeded to say that I may be entitled to a large compensation due to the major surgery that I had. he just needed information. I stopped him there, you have the wrong Bernadine and wrong number, and no surgery.........

Just got same call. Bladder sling wth

they called me by name and said they were from medical compensation.  talked about a 'bladder sling surgury' a long time ago.  Something seemed off.  I gave them no info.

just received a call from this number.  not known and no message.  

Called, didn't leave message. It's from TX and I'm in Denver. Plus it's a new phone, so I have no idea.
