This has happened to me TWICE in the last 2 years. same thing. Only before when this happened, I had saved his number in my phone as "creepy stranger joe" this time it was a different number. He sent a creeper pic of him standing in front of a 18wheeler. I blocked his number to my cell phone and then googled it, and here I am... is there no one watching this guy??? Why hasnt a cop knocked on his door to tell him to quit it.
