These people call every day. I never answer toll free numbers. If you can't reveal who you are then we don't need to talk.

I got one last week and one just a few minutes ago. I know that this is a collection agency for a trip that I made to the ER. they also called me a couple years ago and were rude very rude told me they "weren't allowed to talk to me" cause I was a minor and they needed to speak to my parents or my husband about a bill. needless to say they never got money from me. and now I'm sure they're calling about my last trip to the ER that I KNOW was covered on my insurance. =/ told me the same thing. needless to say they aren't going to be calling anymore.

This Recording left a message with an 855 prefix for me to call back. However, the number they left was not a working number. I called back using my caller ID and got a girl who spoke very poor English. She used my infant son's first name and requested his date of birth. When I refused she became very rude and said she would not tell me why they are calling me until I give his information. At which point I requested her to put me on the "do not call" list. She said "Fine!" and hung up on me. I contacted the ER she claimed affiliation with and their billing department said that Patient Solutions is not associated with the ER. She advised me not to give out information and that even HIPA laws allow the parent of a minor access to information regarding the minor child.
