Caller says I am going to have to answer the phone by picking 9 to talk to a customer rep. and give a file number.
If I don't I will have a judgement against me and I will have to get an attorney and go to court. They can't give me any information about the company trying sue me or send me anything in the mail. They have called me to 4 years and I have
not seen a sole. This is a scam!

NCO Financial is not a scam agency, I've worked for banks that referred collection debt to them. Most likely some people here have debt they're just not aware of... but it doesn't help that for some reason they don't leave voicemails!

I received a call from this number. As customary, no message was left. I called back the number (which I never usually do), and I was greeted with the following automated voice message, "thank you for calling. your call will be monitored and recorded. please wait for the next available agent.". Then the call was terminated.

They are the sick ones. These calls have to be computer-generated calls. No human being in his/her right mind would call a hurricane-stricken area three times in three hours, and expect anyone to answer.

I received two (2) calls from this number earlier today, they came about 1 hour and 45 minutes apart. As usual, no message was left. I borrowed a cell phone which I know was paid for in cash, and time was always added to it with time cards paid for in cash. I called this number from the borrowed phone, and I was greeted with a human voice which said "Good Morning. NCO Financial". When I tried to get information from them, they hung up. The best available research indicates that NCO Financial is nothing but a scam debt collection agency. NEVER GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION OF ANY TYPE WHATSOEVER.
