If they want me to answer, they'd better show who they are on Caller-ID. I can't be bothered answering anonymous numbers. Too many of them are junk calls and scammers.

If I want to review my policies, I'll let them know.  In my experience, "review your policies" means "try to sell you more policies or add things to your existing policies." Not once has it been helpful and it wastes a lot of my time.

But I don't do any business with your company and never have.  And won't.  So why are you calling?

The call is not automated! If you'd answer you'd know what the call is about. And the reason they are calling instead of the agent is to try and reach more people at home who would usually be at work when the agents office is open.

If this is State Farm, why does the agent not call me and personally speak with me?  Perhaps leave a message.  Just what we need....  Another company doing automated calling.  What happened to being a good neighbor!  Neighbors actually talk to each other!

I work for State Farm. We leave messages on second attempt most of the time. Not a scam or criminal at all!

I work for State Farm too and I came across from this because a client had been called and asked to come in to review policy but we didn't need him to come in, he had his policy for less than a month and his veh was already inspected. Are you sure it's legit. Last I heard we always leave vm.

A call from State Farm wishing me a Happy New Year...didn't ask for any info and already knew my and my agent's name.

They called my cell phone too.  It was State Farm wishing us Happy Holidays and that they appreciate my business.  Nice, but weird.

This isn't a scam. I used to work for State Farm. The agents usually want you to come in to review your policies every couple of years to update anything if necessary and to make sure you understand all the coverages you have. It's actually a good service. Some people have no idea what they have purchased.

Received a call from this number to my cell phone.  No message left.

Just got a call from this number too (on my cell). I didn't pick up. Caller didn't leave a message.

This number 434-872-6200 is not directly from the State Farm Insurance Companies in Charlottesville, VA.  I think that number must be from a criminal, a cyber hacker or a ID Thief in Charlottesvile Va area.  Just ignore that number, I hope that a person calling will be caught later.
