you guessed it......no message
if I do not recognize the caller id, I do nothing.....
once you pick up the call, your contact number is valid as 'good'
best just to ignore the call......................

Cut the garbage, MITCH. Trying to help seniors with pain or are you trying to fill your pockets with money.   No honest business hides their name on Caller ID.  Why don't you want people to know who's calling so you can help them honestly.  I don't hide my name on caller ID because I'm not trying to sell something to people.  You obviously are trying to make money off of peoples insurance. You must know that charging insurance for a medical device and not collecting the copay is FRAUD!  It's FRAUD because if you don't intend on collecting the copay, the amount you're billing insurance is more than you're actually charging for the brace.  THAT IS FRAUD! So come clean Mitch. If you're really trying to help people do it above board; don't conceal your name, train your salespeople to answer questions honestly and TELL THE TRUTH.

Depending on your carrier you can. Comcast for example does let you block incoming numbers.

Called before 10a.m. and said nothing, even after repeatedly saying, "hello?" on my end. Strange way to do business (or scam people, or whatever their goal is). Another number on the ever-growing blacklist.

THREE: must be an robotic number dialer as no message was left after 4 rings

How dare you call my home and call me by name, then I ask how I can help you and you say who said you can do anything to help me and then hung up in my ear.  The Better Business Bureau may need to hear about this.

@ Mitch Parker.  I am being called at my work and I'm not a senior, in fact I'm quite a few years from Medicare and have never needed a brace so why would your company call my work number.  This is telemarketing phone calls, being made to phone lines on the DO NOT Call list as mine was registered months and months ago.

I received two calls from this number back to back today.  I have a landline through my employer since I work from home (the phone is registered on the DO NOT Call list, though Google Business doesn't seems to care very much but that is besides the point).   When I answered, an automated voice says "Please hold and we will connect you to your party", OK, I waited for a few seconds and hung up.  I was called again in less than 4 minutes.  The same automated statement, so I waited and waited to see if I would be connected to someone, after about 20 seconds the phone clicked and then I got a busy signal.    I assume this is some kind of telemarketing call.

I appreciate the fact that you are a Senior Care Hotline.  I need you to stop calling my phone.  All I get is a busy signal and if you do not stop calling I will report you.  I am on a no call list and I'm tired to getting messages that only are busy signals.  Remove my number from your service....5166445750/  Let this be your final warning

Then why dont they leave a message or talk to you?  Always hangs up.  Why when you call back is it always busy?   Why when you ask them to take you off the list they say they cant.  This is bull.

phone rang, tried to answer and after three rings, no one there.  Glad we did not answer.  

Guy said he was calling from "Senior Living Center.". (I believe)
I said, "Take us off your list."
He said, "This is not a solicitation call, I am calling you from Senior Living Center."

I keep getting calls from this number. No name appears on caller id. The one time I answered I was told that they were calling to discuss my recent surgery for a condition I never had. There has to be a way to block these calls from landline phone.

I'm not a senior.  When I told your representative as much, he went on to ask if I had Medicare even though I'd also just told him that I'm not interested in nor do I need any type of "semior care".  At this, I told him no and that I am not even old enough to qualify for Medicare.  He STILL continued on, trying to SELL me whatever it is you are offering.  When I politely told him again that I'm really not interested and I calmly asked him to remove me from your call list, he hung up instead.

I've received several other calls from your senior care hotline since then.  Each time I've requested (or even begun to express the request) that my number be removed, the representative has hung up intead.  

Additionally, it is clear that your "company" isn't legitimate since calling back the VARIOUS numbers you've used to call me has only and always resulted in a dead number signal or a very obviouse fake "this number has been disconnected" message....  but I guess you don't want to get unsolicited calls any more than the rest of us, huh?

Have received two calls today from this number.  Didn't answer and they left no message.  I pay for my phone service for my convenience and if there are unidentified calls, unknown numbers, unknown names...they are unanswered.  I am on the DNC
list and have been forever...still get these pesty calls

Asked for my son by name, never stated the company name, just said they were calling about a Medicaid claim for a back issue

I recieved a call from 4348784118 offering me senior care.  Even after i explained that I'm not a senior nor do I need senior care, the guy still persisted...  asking if I had Medicare.  I politely told him that I didn't and that I wasnt even old enough to be eligible.  When I requestwd that he remove me from his call list, he hung up instead.

When I asked them to put me on their do not call list they insisted someone from my house called and ordered a back brace. They asked if I had Medicare and he said they were from senior care. After a pause from me for a period of time he hung up.

i've received the back brace from these people and it is not scam,,they are helping us as we dont move that much.

They are not trying to help they are trying to make money through illegal telemarketing calls.

You didn't google their phone number and look for consumer web sites to post on because you were happy with a back brace you got from them. Let's see: You say they're legit and the police say they're a scam. Who do I believe?
