This number calls several times a week. When answered, no one is ever there. When unanswered, no message is ever left. The LLS website wants too much personal information to go on their "Do Not Call" list; a name and phone # should be enough. That company will never get a donation from me.

Like some others have done, I asked to be removed from their list.  Can take up to a month to process, maybe sooner.

We also have been getting many, many calls from both Help Save Lives and the Leukemia Society. We never answer. Today, I used the "Communications Preferences" at the Leukemia Society web site to hopefully stop these calls: http://www.lls.org/#/aboutlls/contactus/.

They call us every day. I have told them we do not have the money to donate as we are having a hard time but they still call continuously. We are so tired of this and we feel like it is a form of harassment.

This number calls everyday- AT LEAST 2 times- this has been going on now for 4 months.  I have actually answered and asked them to stop calling and they say OK but still continue to call-seriously????

Charity calls are one of several types not governed by the Do Not Call rules.  Since this caller has been identified as the Leukemia Society, you have to ask them to place you on their Do Not Call list.

We have received several calls a week from this number. it says LLS thank you with the number. We are on the Do Not Call List but it seems we are getting more and more calls like this recently.

Had been getting at least one call a day (and sometimes more) for over a month from these jerks -- both this number and their other number (240-699-8899).  Then two days in a row without their call -- in fact no telemarketer calls at all.  I wondered why.  Then I saw on the news that there was a massive power failure in India on those 2 days -- coincidence?  I doubt it.

help save lives on caller id for me. They call a couple times a day. annoying

I get calls from this number every single day- twice a day and some times late at night and sometimes before my alarm clock goes off! Finally had a enough and answered the phone to ask to be removed from the call list but didn't get the chance because I was hung up on- when I tried to call them back, the line was busy. It comes up as "Help Save Lives" on my caller ID but I'm not sure who they are going to get to donate to them when all they do is harass you!

I get 2 or 3 or more calls a day from this number and one time I picked up to answer and they hung up. They never leave a message. I am 78 years old and they sometimes call when I take a nap of after I am in bed for the night. I have been unplugging my phone so I can get some sleep but don't like doing that in case there is a family emergency or something.
It says on my answer machine "Help Save Lives".

It's not funny. The caller ID; "HELP SAVE LIVES"; is clearly a scam. I don't care about leukemia.

I just started getting these calls several a day while I was traveling for work. Thanks for the update on who is calling - I will never answer. Like others they are wasting their time. Unfortunately when I am not traveling I work from home and it is annoying to keep getting these calls

The only way to stop them is to call back the number (I did this after hours so no human would answer) and select option "1" to take your name off the list.   They will prompt you to enter your telephone number.  Once you've entered your number they say it will take up to 30 days to take you number off the list.  In my case it took effect instantly and they ceased calling

Since last week we have received 2 calls per day from this number.  They called twice on Saturday and Sunday, which I assumed was illegal, and called this a.m. at 8:15.  We have been on the Do Not Call List, which I feel is totally useless.  Why can they not do something about this robo calls.  I am tired of filing complaints when nothing is done about these constant calls.

I decided to answer the phone after they have called at least twice a day for the last couple of weeks. The lady said she would send us a kit in August for us to send to our friends. I told her no and then asked where she got our phone #. She said from past donors. I told her nobody we know would give out our phone # and before I could ask her not to call anymore she hung up on me. Nice, ha?! We are on the Do Not Call List but it seems as if that doesn't matter to anybody these days. Starting to wonder if it makes ANY difference at all?

These people everyday and sometimes twice a day. They are pests.

Calls 3 or 4 times a day. We never answer it because we heard it was bogus.

I do NOT give over the phone or the door. I will show both the door when possible.

Called at 8 am and woke my wife.   We didn't answer and no message left.   Very annoying.

The caller, help save lifes  called usagin around 11:00 a.M. yesterday (It used  & today (It used 434-878-9934)..he caller called manytimes in pst 2 months and left no message. It used to use American Leukemia & Lymphmoa Association".
