I got a call from the following number 434-878-9941 and they refuse to leave a message.

Called my cell phone which is on the do not call list.  I did not answer, whoever it was did not leave voicemail.  As my cell phone says is the phone number, date and time.

Yeah, that's it.  Just rented from Enterprise the previous week.  I'm in Portland, OR area.

It is apparently from Enterprise, or some affiliated agency, asking for customer feedback on my car rental the week before.  Only asked two questions, i.e., how would I rate the rental experience, and would I consider renting from Enterprise again.

Birmingham, AL - I received a call on 9/10/09 at 8:16 pm Central on my cell.  I did not answer, they did not leave a message.  I am on the national 'do not call registry' as well.  I have not rented a vehicle lately or participated in any activity that would initiate a marketing call.

Merritt research co I also rented a car from enterprises but got a call the night before from enterprise and asked 2 questions only about the car rental - which I couldn't tell all the problems I had

I too received a call with no message left and I recently rented a car. I feel pretty certain that this was what was behind this sunday evening call!!!

Received a call Sunday 06 Sep 09 at 1:45 PM, male person asked for my wife who had just rented a car from Enterprise Car Rentals. Told him she won't be home until tomorrow (Labour Day) and he hung up. Call came from BRODNAX, VA

Ah, that earlier post makes sense. I also just rented a car from Enterprise, turned it in a few days ago. Got it.. I may answer next time.

just got a call from this number as well did rent a car from Enterprise about 2 weeks ago so could be what you say.

This is most likely a "feedback" center for car rental agencies.  I would venture to guess all of you receiving this call had recently rented a car, right?  I just rented from Enterprise last week...and got the call too (but didn't answer.  Every time I rent with Enterprise they always ask "If you receive a call from their agency, will you respond saying the service you received was "excellent".  FYI, other blogs are saying the same thing.

I also rented from Enterprise recently.  Should read those contracts more closely huh?  I'm gonna tell them I'm not pleased.

Because of my job, I regularly have to rent from enterprise...and I'm always ALWAYS having to deal with this kind of crap after I return the car.  Had I known it would happen, I would have only given them my office number, but they were picking me up from home. *sigh*  I really wish my company would let me use someone else, but they're probably all the same.

I'm in New Brunswick...and I too rented a car from Enterprise. Bad enough a guy hits my truck,go through insurance and they tell you to use Enterprise, now I'm stuck with another telemarketer who has my number.
