got a call from this number telling me the warranty on my vehicle was about to expire.  neither of my cars have warranties, so i figured it was a scam and hung up.

got a call didnt answer... i called it back and there was a message talking about some rewards.... its a scam! i agree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you applied for a car loan, asked for an auto price quote, applied for any type of credit online, this company will eventually be giving you a call.  They sell extended warranties.  I got hold of a live, human being and sweet talked him into answering my questions.  Then I did it again from three other, distinct, cell phone numbers by switching SIM cards.  They are old cards, which I never use and I blocked their number with my cellular company.

They go by at least 4 different names.  Ideally they have at least one hundred lines since it is a large telemarketer.

With the state of the U.S. government in this economy and election year I did not bother the FTC or FCC.  I did not even ask the company to quit calling.  Instead, I downloaded an automatic dialing program onto my computer from a "WAREZ" site, (look up auto dialers on Google) and input the numbers that answered my calls.  That will tie up four of their lines for at least 72 hours, run even when my PC is not attended due to 24/7 DSL and not affect my other usage and navigation.


As I said in the beginning, when you give information over the internet, I do not care if the webpage says that the information will NOT be shared or sold, do not believe it.  Unless you trust the party with whom you are dealing, do not give personal information, do not click on URLS in emails, especially junk mails and have caller identification on your telefone with equipment that will register who is calling before you answer.  

Your best defense is simply not answering.  They will give up.  If you are called when you normally sleep, report it to your cellular carrier or local phone company.

Just got a call from them earlier today about the expiration of my vehicle warranty. IT IS A SCAM AND HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE JUNE 2008. PLEASE IGNORE THE PHONE CALLS AND DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. I DO NOT EVEN HAVE A WARRANTY IN MY NAME ON MY CAR BUT THEY CONTINUE TO CALL ME FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS.

Called my cell phone two days in a row now.  I answered yesterday and it was a recording, I believe warning my about a vehicle warrenty about to expire.  I hung up and did not asnwer when I received the call today.  No voicemail was left.

got the same call from this number. some automated computer telling me my vehicle warranty was almost up.  i figured it was a scam because neither of my cars still has a warranty, so i just hung up.

This is the 3rd time they called my cell phone. Usually they did around noon time.

Called back phone number and called it back it is some kind of marketing firm that is hired by other companies to make phone call on there behalf. exp. filled out a survey online for a free labtop computer.

Yea these cats hit me talking bout my last chance warranty its gotta be a scam if my warranty expires then you should already know my info and its a VA number my cars arent made in VA.

called and left no message, after looking at this site tell of a warranty renew I have actually had these people call me 2 times now. On the first time they talked asking me to renew a car warranty, when I asked which one of my vechiles they hung up on me. Is this a scam? If so how do you make them stop befor they really get something for nothing

Get these strange calls from this number that comes from a land line in Virginia at the strangest times....never answer cause I don't know the number. STOP CALLING MY NUMBER!!!

I keep getting calls from 434-878-9974, 407-447-6570, 201-221-3014, and 916-219-8161 asking me to update the warranty on my car. I am so sick of paying out the nose for phone calls on my cell!! This is ridiculous. I don't want to waste more time going through their menus, trying to talk to someone, etc, because frankly I doubt they will respect my wishes to be taken off their list anyhow, and I don't need to pay $.50/min for every minute of my time they desire to waste. It is getting ridiculous. Suggestions??

They called today. Answered but no one there. Called back and listened to the instructions, said press 1 for the offers or press 2 to be removed. After hitting 2 stayed on the line and heard another prompt asking me again if I was sure I wanted to be taken off their list and said to press 2 if I was sure.  Pressed 2 again and it asked me to punch in my number with area code to have it removed.  After putting in my number the prompt said my number was removed from the company that they were calling for, but since they service multiple companies I may still get called from that number in the future.  What an annoying scam.  By the way, I thought it was illegal to telemarket cell phones? Am I wrong on that?
