Called and said I had left a note on his windshield stating I had hit his car scratching the paint and broke the tail light, wanted to know my insurance information by asking who my insurance was.   Sounded like a soundboard voice.  He got angry when I said it sucks that he does not know and that he should stop playing with his sound board then I hung up.  Of course you cant call the number back

said that then needed money for a drunk driving and ask for my card number

Just received a call from this number.  It sounded like an voice simulator.  Said that he found my cat.  I said my cat wasn't missing.  He got irritated and said some other stuff and said he had my phone number on caller ID.  I hung up.

I just recieved a call and they said they were Barack Obama so I just hung up and blocked the number

Person said I had parking tickets, didn't identify himself said it was urgent I take care of them. I denied any kind of tickets. Insisted I take care of them then stated he had more information. I asked how he got my number and said I didn't trust the call then he angrily said I was given a ticket for not knowing to drive. I hung up. Think the guy was using a scare tactic. Watch out, and be smart.
