THey have called me 2 times - my number is on do not call.

All you have to do is tell that that the number is a cell phone and they quit calling you.

Why dont you look at the websites www.ftc.gov   or www.fcc.gov.  Both of these explain what the do not call list actually is.  You have no case.

Well if you know about the FTC, then why dont you actually take the time to read their web site to see what you can report and not.  You have no case.

Got a call, hung up before in two rings.  When I called back stated they are a doing a reseach and that my opionion counted, and that they would be calling back.  I placed a complaint under the "DO NOT CALL REGISTRY"

I talked to them when they called me. The reason you get called even though you're on a "no call list" is because the numbers are RANDOMLY GENERATED. According to the rep I was talking to she only talks to a person 1/10 the rest are disconnected numbers.

I have also been having the problem lately.So far twicw.&:15 and 7:30pm..I called the number and got a recording.I have talked to verizon wireless and was told to apply the do not call and if need be change number.

They've called me every day for the last week. I have yet to answer.

They have called my cell phone numerous times and I am also on the Do Not Call list.

I am on the "Do Not Call Registry" for phone solicitation.  This does not stop these clowns from using that number and calling me.  This number is not a working number.  These idiots somehow know what numbers to use and just use the phone to harass people.  GET A JOB ! Others numbers they use:

Keeps fricking calling, letting the phone ring half a ring (not long enough for the caller Id to pick up the #... God bless *69). When you get them, they say thank you for calling our research center, and babble on about our opinions.... and how they think your time is valuable,and then tell you that they'll call you back. They do not allow you to leave a msg. I am going to report them to the FTC as harrassment.
