438-381-7517 4am calls unnerving with teenaged children.  Someone's gotta stop this crap!!!!  Videotron services of Montreal Quebec, Canada.  Calling and harassing them until it stops.

4:48 am Fax April 4th. Caller ID said it was from Roman Cohen. Unknown person. Phone is on a DO NOT CALL but still get faxed.????

I also received a call from this number at 3:30am.

got this call at 3:15 AM scared us to death. really mad

Called at 3:30am - Caller ID says "Ben Amal".  Hope they can catch the person.

These numbers dial out randomly and if it finds a fax machine,
it will send printed spam ads.

I just received a fax tone from this number at 11:07 a.m..  I do not know a soul in Quebec.  I briefly toured portions of Quebec and Ontariou back in 2010 as a toruist while my husband was invovled in a professional presentation in his feild in Ontario.  I also went to the scince museum in Ontario.  Beyond that, I have no connection whatsoever with Cn=ananda.  I hope that these Canadian crooks are caught quickly because I would hate to think that each place I may visit across the border poses a risk in some way for an unscruplous foreigner to obtain my perosnal information and to later try to scam me after I have returned to the United States.  I
plan to  report this fax tone to FTC.gov very shortly.

Received call at 2:43 in the morning.... no need for that.  Shows unknown on caller id and of course no voice message.  ridiculous.

this number JUST WOKE ME UP and it is Saturday and not even 7:00 am yet.  it was trying to send me a fax - I dont not have  fax machine.

Got a call @ 10:01pm. No one on other end, just beeps.

Hopefully it doesn't call again.

called at 4:36AM !!! from Montreal. Sounded like a fax inquiry but no message.

Called after 1:00 in the morning and scared the living daylights out of my whole family as we have a relative in the hospital. When we answered there was just an intermitten high-pitched beep. Several attempts to call back resulted in a busy signal. When we finally got it to ring, no one answered... the ringing stopped like it was answered, but it sounded like a maching or something. Got a loud beeping after a minuter or two.

Called here at 2:45pm. It is a FAX from 438-381-7517. Says

Lame calls

MOM just told me she got a call from a ROMAN COHEN, that is what came up on caller ID.

I got a call from 1-438-381-7517 on 02/17/2013 at 9"30 a.m.  I looked up the Area code, it is Montreal, Quebec. I tried calling and got a busy signal. Probably a telemarketer, or scam artist.

Called early this morning at 2:17 am  Going to report them to my phone company to have their number blocked!!!!  There is no reason for someone from Canada to be calling me at that time of the night!

Jerkwads are phoning early in the morning with their f$^king FAX.

Spammer .Calls me several times a week.  Pain in the a**.  Gov't should put these people in jail.

Received a call from this number at 6:36 AM.  Do they only call in the middle of the night/wee hours of the morning?  Unbelievable?  What a major disturbance to our household....  I did not answer and no message was left.

Received a call at 8:07AM this morning.  ID says QUEBEC.  Did not answer it.  After reading other messages above that they call all hours of the night, let's all report them.  Do you all agree?

This is a forum for  discussing spam and scam phone calls.  We also discuss other phone annoyances like faxes at odd hours.  Most people find this forum when they google a phone number that has been harassing them.  How did you find us?  Did you google your own fax number?

Or are you just one more scammer trying to harvest phone numbers to scam?

In case you forgot, it is illegal to send a fax to someone who has not agreed to receive it from you.  So faxing to random fax machines is also illegal.
