Called me for $2000.00. For bail suppose to be from granddaughter.

On September 3, 2013 around 12 noon someone from this telephone number called our home phone number, when I answered the call, the caller talked and said "grandma", I asked "who is calling please", and the caller hunged up.  Thank you for posting this.

It was a total of $10,000. Also a fake police officer spoke daily to my grandfather. When my grandfather said he didn't have anymore money to send. The fake officer Gregory Brown acted as if he took a liking towards me stating "she is such a nice girl, she is fine but so uoset that she threw up a couple of times" and would see if he could help my grandfather for a day towards the bail. He called later acting as if his supervisor denied his bullsh*t gesture. This whole thing makes me sick. May these people get hit by a Mack truck.

GRANDPARENT SCAM! This took place in Bronx, NY. This number (438) 998-0473 on Tuesday, 8/20/13 called my 85 year old grandfather at around 7:30 PM acting as if they were me, his granddaughter. The actress whom I would love to meet in person was crying on the phone that "I" had been arrested from being pulled over in a friends car finding a large amount of drugs in the trunk of the car. Hysterically crying "Grandpa, "I"was given a drug test and had passed but because "I" was in the car "I" was arrested and need bail to get out of jail". For four days my innocent and worried grandfather was asked to wire money to a Vickie Cross in Texas in the amount of $2,000 per day. He got scammed into $8,000 within four days. On the fourth day, I really called my grandfather to just say hello and he was so confused and realize he was taken for money. He was more relived that I was alright. He lost sleep thinking I was alone and scared in jail. These low life f@*ks take advantage of the elderly and use their grandchildren to throw them off from what real evil are out there. Boy do I wish I had one second left alone in a room with these crooks. I would rip their skin off their body and pour salt all over their wounds. I hope these losers read this because what goes around comes back around ten fold. Every dog has their day!
