I got suspicious when my area code list didn't have this area code. But this is what appeared in a missed call notification on my cell phone. So far, I've had 6 other calls from Virginia, and this is the only one from an unknown area code. I don't know anyone in Virginia. Since all the numbers are different, they must be running a boiler room scheme.
