Caller said he was Richard from Collen Crane's office at SMS...asked for owner by name, turned out to be total junk.  Reporting them to do not call.

Rec'd a call today from someone saying they were from 'Kimberly Mullins' office at SMS. Very vague about the nature of the call, etc. She asked for our President's voicemail and I told her "I'm his voicemail. I'll be happy to take a message"...she said 'Kimberly' would call back tomorrow. :-) Can't wait! We think it's a recruitment firm cold calling.

Well they are back..............started getting calls last week. I keep asking that they not call and they continue. I did report them on the Do Not Call list but I doubt it will help. I loved the idea someone else said they did..........make an appointment at a "non" address :>)

Received the call this morning at the main switchboard.  Raymond called on behalf of his boss.  He did know the name of our CEO and his assistant.  Would not provide any information on the subject his boss wanted to discuss with our CEO.  Raymond claimed that his office is a "face to face" company and would like to stop in.  I told him that was not how our office operates and he needs to send in information on what it is his boss wants to discuss.  Said he would have to discuss this with his boss and hung up.

I like these companies.  Schedule meetings with them to empty addresses.  Sit back and watch as they pace around the building.

This is that same scam company that has been operating out of Chicago.  They use VOIP and get phone numbers in the area they are targeting.  They send in there "consultants" at outrageous rates.  They have you sign contracts stating that you have 3 days to cancel it, but the next day, they show up with an army of "consultants" to fulfill the contract.  By the end, you are out $20,000+, with your signature.

They change there name all the time.

These people are annoying.  They have called here at least 5 times a on 5 different phone numbers for the last 2-3 weeks.  I spoke with a Melinda at 9:40 am and asked to be removed from list, at 12:40 I spoke with a Miss Adams and told her I just asked again to be removed and she said there are no notes in the system and could only speak with the owner, she does not give out her first name,  These people are harrassing us and they should be thrown in jail.

I received a call for our company's owner asking for him by name from "Mike" at "John Guides Office" very vague. I thought it might be a political call so I rang up the owner and he said to put it through. Well the phone rang again about 1 minute later and it was from the same caller. Caller id showed SMS and this number. It was "Mike" again saying he was disconnected. I rang up the owner again and was informed this was a very rude person using foul language. I tried to get more info from the caller. He stated he was with a state office manufacturing division still being very vague. When I advised him not to call back he was rude, said we were turning away business,cursed at me and hung up.  
Good luck with whatever "Mike" is trying to sell!!!

Like everyone else here, I just received a call from the SMS Company and a woman named Allah.  She wanted to speak to the owner of the company.  I asked her what the call was in reference to and she told me that she had to speak to the owner, it was important.  I again asked her what the call was in reference to and again she told me that had to speak to the owner.    

After that conversation, this was a sales call.  I told her that he was not available at the present time. I then offered her his voice mail.  She said she would call back another time.  I told her not to bother.  She fires back at me in a really nasty tone, "It's not a bother....I will be calling back and I will speak to him!"  Then she slammed the phone down in my ear.  

This is going to be fun.....I love dealing with these people.  They are so enjoyable and just make my day so much more pleasant......NOT!

I used to get calls a few months ago from a woman stating she was from SMS and asking for the owner. Once she called 5 times in a row and I ended up screaming at her and telling her to never call here again. I started keeping a log of her calls here, it was usually 2 times a day, everyday. Everytime I told her he wasn't available and to stop calling she would hang up immediately. One day the calls just stopped and I was relieved. Now the calls just started back up this week from a guy claiming to be named Leigh. How do I get these people to stop?!?

This idiot calls our business stating that he is from SMS, while also telling me that he is with a "state agency".  He wants to talk to the owner, and that it is imperative that he speaks with him.  Obviously I know he is a telemarketer, and a super rude one at that.  He has continuously called our business for 2 months at least 5 times a day.  I have had it with this guy, I am seriously looking into filing a telephone harrassment complaint with our telephone company.  Who would do business with this company to begin with?

These guys called our office 8 times over the weekend according to the caller id logs (nobody was here).  I guess that means we should look forward to more today!

Well these same idiots called our office again today after 2 months silence from their barrage of calls in June and July.  I recognized the number immediately because of the "SMS" name on the caller id (they think that if they stop calling for awhile you'll forget).  Same BS of wanting to speak to the owner to introduce their company, wanted to come to our office, blah blah blah.  I let this a-hole have it, every insult I could think of this guy got, he couldn't even get a word in.  Done asking them to remove our number because they obviously don't give rats a**.

Same thing has happened to me for 2 weeks now. Hangs up on me when I say we asked you to stop calling. It got so bad that the same "kid" called today only asking for owner by name stating he actually wanted services we provided. But I recognized his voice and caller id #. I called the number back and spoke with someone who seemed professional and seemd upset about it.  What is this company?  And who are they hiring to make these calls?

A woman called our office from a company called SMS (also on the caller id display) asking for the owner by name.  Owner doesn't want to speak to any telemarketers so we screen all calls.  When asked what the call was regarding she stated that she wanted to "introduce their company to him".  I asked her what it was their company does/offers.  She said that she only wanted to talk to the owner......at that point I hung up the phone.
