I have received many calls from this number.  I don't answer because I don't know them, but there is a message left from some company saying I won a prize from AT&T .  

If they are really calling for Blue Cross/Blue Shield, then they need to have the number identified on Caller Id and join the human race, be professional and leave a message - please call us back or whatever.  Otherwise, they are labeled as devil worshipping scammers and fraudsters making annoying telephone calls.  The number is supposedly attributed to Brian Booske in Brecksville, Ohio, but this may be a phony cover name with a phony number/tie-line for a scam operation.  Possibly, the scam operation is actually located in Madison, WI. A pox on them.

More calls grouped into the totality of nuisance, fraud, scam calls, etc..  It is assumed that all improperly or incompletely identified numbers are from the increasing number of scams, frauds, tie-lines, etc. This is why everyone must contact their elected reps in DC to demand that they significantly strengthen the DNC laws, providing extremely severe dollar and prison sentences for violators, and give more strength to the FTC.  This is an opportunity for Congress to actually do something useful for the country, not just pass gas and throw spitballs at each other.  Any business must be properly identified with their legal name on Caller Id, not hide behind Not Available, Private, Unavailable, etc.  It is time to ban any kind of solicitation call, whether telemarketer, charitable, political, survey, opinion poll or whatever, plus outlaw any use of tie lines, robo-callers, VoIP,  or use of numbers not issued by a legitimate, FCC licensed common carrier (telephone company).  You can be assured that funds donated or authorized over the phone will mostly go into the pockets of the organizers, not to the charity or political campaign, or intended purpose, along with a $10 donation showing up as $100s in charges.  Never give a credit card number or any personal data to anyone over the phone. There must be a new scam and fraud being generated every second out there.  We need call control, not gun control!

For the past month, about one call every 5 days or so. Day/night/Weekday/Weekend, doesn't matter. No voicemail left, except for the occasional dead air. Callback results in call failure (no ring, no answer, no outgoing voice message). Research indicates Broadwing Communications is behind these calls. AKA telemarketer or, worst case, a phisher.

I have been receiving this call for the past two weeks, when I do answer, no one talks.  What a bunch of bozo's.

(440) 397-5480 got 2 missed calls from this number. When I call back it is jusr dead silence.  No person.  No ringing .  Odd

Just got a call from 440-397-5480 saying that they were some one from King's Daughters Medical Center in Brookhaven Ms. She asked for my husband who was not at home at that time. My husband had been in KDMC last week.  I wonder how someone knew that.  Looks as if the call came from Brecksville, Ohio ( or maybe Cleveland Ohio) from Brian Booska...She said tht she would call back.  She would not  talk with me only him.   I have  looked this number up and found this little information.  I also see many scams from  different people from this number.  Somehow something should be able to be done about these scams.

Got a call from this number.. Caller ID stated Unavailable.  Why did I get this phone call?

I received a call today.  They identified themselves as Blue Cross/Blue Shield doing a survey.  I told them I had no idea what they were talking about since I have Tufts insurance.  Eventually, she thanked me and hung up.  I wonder where there got the information that I had a health issue.

this number has been calling me everyday for the past week. most of the time i am at work and cant answer, they never leave a voice mail. well i was able to answer today and they just hung up on me. i have tried calling the number back but the call will not go through. i

This guy is blackmailing people for money. Please do something about it. He's a scumbag and a useless piece of S**T.

They call me every day.  EVERY DAY.  I never answer it because it's my cell and will cost me money (i'm on the cheap plan.)  I also was in the ER recently so I suppose they're calling to survey me too.

Blackmail? No. They just call me EVERY FREAKING NIGHT AT 3AM-5AM!!! Don't these people sleep?!
