They also call from 440-617-5620. Its a scam.

How I deal with Robo calls:  I have AT&T Uverse service.  I have set the phone line to ring 3 times, then it simultaneously rings on my cellphone.  I add every Robo number to my contact list, and every contact setting has the option to go directly to voicemail.  It's easy.  Only political Robo calls leave voicemail, and that seldom happens.  I always chuckle when I hear my phone ring 3 times, then stop.  It has gone to voicemail jungle.

Get several calls a day from this number - tired of being harassed!!! When I see the number on my phone, I pick up the call, set the phone down and walk away.  Hoping they will get tired of calling but not so far.  So tired of this phone number!!!

Been calling my land line number for over a week now.  I never answer, suspecting a telemarketer.  They never leave a message.  My caller id states the call is coming the Westlake, OH area but, I suspect that is a spoof.

NEVER call them back and NEVER press ANY numbers.  You'll only verify that yours is a working number and will increase the frequency of these types of calls.

Call the number back and 440-617-5666 and press 1 to be put on a do not call list.

I received repeated phone calls throughout the day from this number!  There is no one there.  When I've attempted to call back, it goes into a black hole.

Is there any way to block this number from calling me????

LOVE THE WHISTLE idea. Will be buying one. this number calls many times a day. Quite ans. But I think the whistle will be their ans. from now on. THANKS FOR THE IDEA.

I have Cox cable and communications. Since these calls have been so relentless, I paid extra for a call block feature on my phone.After blocking these numbers in all of their guises,  they began calling with "Unavailable ". This is not blockable. If you dial. *57, they will try to trace the call. If successful,  you can file a.police. report. I have my doubts. This is an attack on our privacy and serenity and I doubt it comes from within our shores.

The "do not call List Number" must be getting the calls too. I can't get through. it is constantly busy.

They call my home phone several times a day from multiple numbers. I have yet to pick up. The odd thing is that they call right after I get off the phone with someone else. I hang up after talking to a friend or something then within about a minute I get a call from one of their several numbers, usually one identified as SERVICE CUSTOME. It's highly annoying and a bit suspicious.

I called this number back and was able to be put on a do not call list.
(48 hrs to take effect) They probably have more than one number.
We'll see!

Received a call from this number @ 6:18pm. did not answer. No message left.

I get calls from daily from two different numbers both attempting to get me to provide them with my Dominion gas information. (440) 617-5XXX and (740) 475-2XXX ... there are actually 2, 3 or 4 different extensions for each number.

Why aren't the gas companies doing something about this? If I were Dominion, I'd have a team on it full time!

Does anyone know if it does any good at all to file complaints with the FCC?

Keeps calling EVERY DAY

These calls come in at least twice a day. I don`t respond, yet there they are like clockwork. Vey annoying when you`re up three stories in a scaffold and it`s no one. Who do I get a hold of to stop this practice. They`re jeopardizing my personal safety.

I forgot to mention that I told them we don't have a gas line to our house.  (which is true)

We are also on the Do Not Call registry, but these clowns are calling at least once a day, if not two or three times.  On July 10, I answered the phone and waited to talk to someone to take our number off the list.  "Shaundra" (or something like that) hung up on me before I could finish.  On July 11th, I tried again and "Grace" hung up on me.  (Definitely two different people.)  I am now logging all these calls and will be writing (not emailing) a letter to my congressman to ask that something be done about these people.  I will include my extensive list of these calls.

Unfortunately, not everyone has that option with their phone plan, and since they use so many different numbers, it would still be difficult to block them all.

Nuisance call.  When I call it back there is a message from Verizon saying the number has been changed or disconnected.  How can this call be stopped?

A daily unwanted call is received from 440-617-5666.  How does one stop this call?

Everyday at the same time (6:00 p.m.), I receive a call from 440-617-5666 re a cheaper gas bill; have requested the caller to discontinue the calls, and put that number on the do not call list, but they continue.  It has been daily for several months now and annoying to say the least.  I believe this is the result of a disgruntled family member.  How does one permanently stop this call.  I have registered this number on the "do not call" list but they continue

The Akron Beacon Journal did a write-up about these numbers.  Even the Ohio Attorney General cannot get to the source of these calls.  They warn you to not give out your Dominion Ohio account number to anyone that calls you.  This company will "Slam" your Dominion account to their company and charge you a much higher rate.
