It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

This could be a company with the real name of Elite Information Solutions licenced by from the Florida Dept. of Agriculture.  Elite Informaion Solutions address is 495 Semoran Blvd., Casselberry Fl.  The owner's name is Michael  Hilgar.  Please file a  complaint with the Florida Dept of Agriculture - 800-435-7352.  Please also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission - 877-382-4357.  Inform them that this may be related to case #36077052

Thanks for the info everyone gave.  I called the number at 5 am thursday and left message to put me on their do not call list with my number even though their recording was wanting to call me back with the my name left which of course I did not give.  We'll see what happens.  I get one or two calls from these jokers everyday for 3 weeks...when does it become phone harassment????  HELLO US GOVERNMENT, help us taxpayers out!

Continuous calling from this number; 5 calls/day with a recorded message about senior citizen benefits; non-stop; I'm going to have to "block" to stop the calls.  But this is harassment.  I have no idea who it is.

I heard that the offending companies can actually get a fine from the gov for not complying!  So I am trying to do my part by filing the complaints -- don't know if it helps but I'm thinking I am getting less repeat offenders?

Received many calls from this number which I do not answer.  I finally called the number to find out what it was.  He announces that it is the American Senior Benefits Program and they are selling medical alert systems.  I blocked the number on my phone.  What happened to do not call...

I received a call this afternoon from 440-638-5450...they left no message on my machine. I'm also listed on the "Do Not Call List".

I've received three calls fom this number.  when I pick up, there is no response to my "hello".

We're on the "do not call" list, but are continually annoyed by this telemarketer.

The Do Not Call Registry does not "prevent" anyone from calling you. As others have posted here, the DNC is like a speed limit sign -- law-abiding people will observe it, those operating outside the law couldn't care less.

I got a call too. They didn't even bother to leave a message, just hung up, apparently unaware of how an answering machine/ voicemail works! (lol) HATE these kinds of calls. Thought being registered with the National Do Not Call Registry was supposed to prevent such calls? What a [or should I say "yet another"] waste of taxpayer dollars.
