At least four calls a day, no message left, tried calling back and never an answer. Calls come in at different times of day ( EST)  early morning before 9am and later in evening after 9pm. Cannot find any information on this number 440-695-3062

I got the same phone call my from the exact same person.  The only thing was I give them my information and they took $1000 from me.  I was unaware of phone scams.  And Now i know.  I can't get my money back.

I got a call from a guy with a really heavy middle eastern accent, he was saying how they had a affidavit for my arrest... not a "warrent" just an affidavit... he claims to be an officer Mike Johnson so I asked for my case #, his badge # n the department he was in so that my lawyer could call him then he said ok have him call me n he hung up right away... what a jerk

I see this has been happening for some time, my cell phone and work# is being spamed with calls and voicemail from foreigners who sound East Indian they claim to be with the FBI and already have my address and last 4digits of my SS#. They are threatening some sort of legal action regarding this case and asked do I have legal reprepresentation and request there info. I told them this seemed to be strange protocol for the FBI, and asked why they or the police have not contacted me, at the beginning of the call that I answered I request the person name Mike Cooper (no titile) and id#1202. When I demand more thorough details and didn't give more info they said they would get back to me. In the background I heard other calls being made and the same name (Mike Cooper ) being used. Numbers I identified calls coming from 1) 1-530-661-6890, 2) 1-530-661-8518, 3) 1-951-489-0223, 4) 1-727-431-0407

All this and I never actually received or got approved for loan, but calls began following the applications I submitted.

ive gotten the same call too! its funny because he called from a clearly overseas number then says call this 440-395-3062 number. I dont even know wat the heck he is talking about! someone needs 2 stop these foreigners from doing this, its out of control!!

Got a call from this # stating his name was John Rice; told me he was from Federal Crimes Dept and I or my attorney of record should call him back right away. At end of message says if I ignore this call, the only thing he can do is wish me good luck and watch out for what unfolds with me.

this caller with a foreign accent kept calling my place of employment and now im in a process off maybe getting terminated...this guys calls 10x daily my home, job, my wife's cell, and my own as well! all he kept asking for was my credit card information wtf! this guy is crazy; he even threaten my boss, the officer that was on site that he was going to kick their you know what! he is crazy! the other numbers that they call from are 000-000-0000 what is that are you serious?!

I just received a call from a male with a foreign accent claiming that his name is Officer Daniel Smith from the Federal Crime Dept. Saying that a serious offense have been filed against my name & social security number. I asked what was the offense, & who filed it but he never would say. So I told him that I'm about to contact my attorney as well as the attorney general regulations office. I then told Jim tohave a nice day & hung up. This man then called back trying to intimidate me and I told him that I have his info the ppl that I'm forwarding to, and not to call me back because I'm repeating him for harassment. Hung up again, and he didn't call back. I'm still making those notifications because I did notice that he became quiet aggressive when I said that this is fraud, and a scam.

Hi, I have been getting calls from this number for the past 3 days. Only it is "Officer Andy Lawson" from the Federal Crime Dept. He ranted and raved about me defaulting on a loan (which I never received) and even knew my bank name. I was going to be arrested, jailed and prosecuted for fraud. Evidently the Federal government is now in the business of collecting debts. The foreign accent was hard to miss. Evidently in India you can go to jail for having debts. Checked my bank account to make sure no one had deposited or removed funds from my account, and there were none. Do these people really think that I am going to give them my debit card or bank account number along with the "access" they need?

got a  call from this 440 area code number, foreigner saying that I can be locked up if i do not pay back a loan of $67,000, he was calling from the federal crime division, his name was daniel smith, badge #3265ds; reported it to my local police department, filed a fraud alert to the three credit companies; and filed a complaint with the FBI, Federal trade commission and the BBB

Caller told me he was a Federal officer and told me that if I didn't pay on an account from an American Cash Advance, I would be fined $67500.00

Have recieved calls from 440-695-3062 and 412-259-3173 each saying that they were an officer for the dept of justice.  Each time they have had heavy foreign accents men and women.  They will not tell me why they are calling or what I have supposedly done.  They are very rude and obnoxious.  Each time I have told them that I know they are a scam and if they continue to call me at work or on my cell I would report them. They just call from a different # and the same thing happens again.  Anyone know how to get them to stop??

I also received a call (x3) from this Paul Walker from the Department of Justice. Left a threatining message after I did not pick up the call.  Guess they are coming to get me. LOL. I filed a complaint with the real department of justice.  Wow am I glad I looked this up!  I wonder how many poor law abiding people have fallen for this.  What a shame!

And especially in the amount he was telling me cuz no way in hell would someone let me borrow that kind of money...anyway i got his supposedly FED ID number..but yea right..i knoiw that the dept of justice would not do that.. they would possibly send a letter first and utmost have someone who actually speaks decent english calling me..but the scary part is the f**** dude has my ss number..im goin to ss and reporting it tomorrow

a man called with 911 left message saying he was an officer of the justice department and left a terriable message so i called back i didn't like what i was hearing i told him this is a scam and i didn't have a checking account and hang up on him

I got a call today from someone name Jason Washington, and he was like he was from the department of Justice. I ask for an address and I googled it nothing came up and I looked it up in the white pages online nothing came up. Here is the so called address Bluestone Ave 2n2 street Avon Ohio 27605. How lame are these folks. I know the zipcode is wrong for one. That's what wrong with this country the let these stupid people do what they want to do and harrass americans who are going thru tough times. Hows about the Government stop spending the taxpayers money and would be able to handle business.

I have gotten a call from this number yesterday. An foreign man claiming to be officer Mike Johnson. And claimed that I had complaints against my ssn. I dont know what this man is talking about. When I called I could here other people in the background. There are other numbers too. 916-395-0000,510-936-6535. Something needs to be done about this

a man called my job and said his name was officer paul walker from department of justice saying i owe a company for an online loan i paid months ago. 440 695 3062. he was rude and you can tell there was someone in the background telling him what to say. i have put out fraud alerts to this number and to the police.

File a police report in the city where the calls are happening. I did and believe me the calls STOP asap. The actual police do not like someone making threatening and harrassing phone calls pretending to be the FBI-Department of Justice. I gave the police this number because for once they left a real phone number....and the calls completely STOPPED....Please report them as soon as they call you, so maybe we can catch who ever this is making these calls.

They also call from: caller id: 916-395-0000 which is not a good number. caller id: 911.

I just received a call from Office Mike Johnson at work.  As soon as he started to talk I hung up.  He called back 3 times and finally left a message.  Same threatening BS as before and that others have received.  What a waste of time and nonsense.  Just ignore these idiots!
