I pay my bills.  When I was a 17 year old father I paid my bills.  When I was in college I worked 2 jobs, had a wife, and had 3 children.  I have never bounced a check and now that I a 40, I have excellent credit.  I believe most people live within their means and those who don't should have someone else managing their money.  I'm sick of people living off of my taxes.  My suggestion if you can't pay your bills...get another job.  If you can't pay your bills live off of Ramen noodles and grilled cheese sandwiches, I did.
If the company is calling you and you don't deserve it, meaning you paid your bills and their claim is truly false, you have relief.  Send their information to your State Attorney General's Office.  In Illinois it is Lisa Madigan.

The new way of dealing with these type of scum is to call them back. Just mute your phone and redial a few hundred times an hour and hangup shortly after someone answers. THis type of counter abuse will softer even the most seasoned telemarketers. Give these s****eads what they deserve! F*** DEBT COLLECTORS

These calls are not mistakes - they are phishing.  Do not give them any information and report the calls to the FTC (www.ftc.gov).

These people call me at least 1-2 times a week for this person. I keep telling them that this person that they are asking for does not live here and never has. They ask me questions all the time, where is he, where does he live, what is is phone number. I would not provide these folks with any information, not even if i know this person. People think that if they call a person that has the same last name that you know them. Or had the same phone number in the past. I told them to put my number on the do not call list and that does not work. They don't care when they call you, night day, Sunday what ever. I just want them to stop calling. How would they like when people call the wrong phone # Looking for a person. They need to go through their papers and get things right before they call people. and if it is not the right person them put them on the do not call list. These people can be very, very, very rude!!!!!!  I am tired of them calling my house for this person who does not live here at my phone number.

I got a call from this number and they were asking for my social security number to look up a claim that I knew nothing about. When I said I would not give it to them they replied the calls will continue and hung up immediately before I could respond. Its a scam

It is a SCAM..they are trying to get information from people...if u get a number from 404-777-4257...don't answer it!!!

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.....they have called several times and I've tried working with them regarding my situation.  I received a call today from some punk guy who kept talking over me AND had attitude from the get go!   He called me at work with I've asked several times NOT to do this and basically called me loser for not giving him all the info HE wanted!   When I asked to speak to his manager or supervisor he said "this call is over" and abruptly hung up on me!   So I called back and asked for his supervisor and spoke with a Darren Williams, 888-880-6022 x229 and voiced my opinion with him regarding my problem.  He didn't say much but I'm sorry....I'm sorry and that was it.  Not sure if it did any good or not but at least someone answered their phone and hopefull the next person they call and harrass will do the same!   ENOUGH IS ENOUGH WITH THESE COMPANIES!!!    JERKS!

They are calling again using 508-379-2128. They have called SIX times today. One man said he was sending out a police car to arrest me.  I heard him destroying stuff with a BASEBALL BAT and shooting at stuff with a ROCKET LAUNCHER (no jokes!)

These guys call every day. I only talk to people I know and recognize.

They wanted to speak to my son, who has not lived at this number for 3 years.  They claim that they have business with him. They asked if I know him.  I said I did and hung up the phone.

Got a call from this number at 8:37 this morning.  They hung up before the answering machine picked up.  This is the first time I have received a call from this number.

called asking for james mccusker. i don't know anyone by that name, and my phone is unlisted, so i said they had the wrong number. he responded, 'so you don't know anybody that name, huh??' at which point i hung up on them.

I work for the US Air Force and I keep recieving calls from this number at work. When I try to call back they hang up on me. Very unprofessional.
